'Pleasant lakeside cabin in quiet neighborhood, excellent deck and patio with lovely view of the lake. Great sunporch, which was especially welcome during a passing rainstorm. We could enjoy the lake while staying cozy and dry. Friendly turtle in the front yard. :-) Would stay again. -Kerri'

'We had a wonderful time. The cabin was comfortable and well organized. The view of the lake was amazing. We were in the area to learn more about the Minnesota State School as our dad grew up there but also enjoyed Mall of America and the mill in Fairbault. It was perfectly located between the three locations. We enjoyed dining at the various local restaurants and also cooked on the grill at the cabin. No complaints here!'

'We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway. We loved the boathouse--cute, quaint, and right on the water. The air conditioning worked well and was a life-saver in the hot, humid weekend weather. The owners were friendly, responsive to questions, and communicated well. No real swimming area at the property (unless you went further out into the lake), but it was a lot of fun to take advantage of the provided kayaks and paddleboards. 'We stayed here for our daughter's graduation at a nearby college, and we absolutely loved it. The house easily accommodated our larger group and everyone had a comfortable bed. There are extra fridges to minimize trips to town and plenty of hot water. The views and sunsets were absolutely phenomenal! 'I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and my husband the night of our wedding. This house is charming and very well kept. Brooke was fantastic and was very helpful. She even left us a card and Prosecco to celebrate which was a thoughtful touch. I have stayed here previously with a friend and both experiences were awesome. I would definitely recommend!'

'Hosted a bachelor party with 8 of my friends. It was the perfect place for us to relax yet still have things to do. The basketball court is tons of fun and it was awesome to jump in the lake right after. There is some sand and it’s up kept very well. There’s a nice doc and some water toys to use. 'People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location.'
