Welkom bij Lexi's Beach Loft. Het appartement ligt aan de overkant van het strand en heeft gewelfde plafonds in de woonkamer, twee grote slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en een zolder. Geniet van de grote beschutte veranda of bekijk de zonsopgang vanaf het hok. Het strand zelf is een korte wandeling van 250 meter. Lexi's Beach Loft bevindt zich op het niet-rijdende deel van New Smyrna Beach. Het apparaat is gelegen in een bekroonde gemeenschap met 3 zwembaden, een fitnesscentrum, tennisbanen, sjoelen, racquetball en wandelpaden. Alle vloeren in de unit zijn gloednieuw vanaf december 2018

This place was so well stocked, we didn't have to bring anything really. Coffee, spices everything. Laundry supplies. Only drawback was the stairs. Overall a great place to stay. Beach and shopping walking distance . Great ice cream shop by dollar general and C's waffles was a great breakfast spot.

Wonderful apartment within a fabulous community. Immaculately maintained, clean with modern appliances and furniture. All the extras from beach cart, chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, to hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster everything we wanted/needed for a beach getaway. With two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room. With so much to do in New Smyrna we are looking forward to a return trip.

Fantastic!

We have two younger children and this place was great! It had quick easy access to the beach and the ocean was even somewhat visible from the upstairs and could watch the sunrise a bit as well. The pictures do not do it justice for the size, very large. We are from Colorado and the unit had plenty of fans and a great working A/C- which we were thankful for :). We will visit again! highly recommend for a larger group or family. The master bed was extremely comfortable.

Plenty of provisions to get you started. Very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Host communicates quickly and honestly. Unit and walking paths are very quiet. Yes, the screened in deck is noisy because of car traffic, but that was no surprise and did not affect a good nights sleep. The property is close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves, and shops. We would stay here again.

This property was gorgeous! The unit was clean and well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and safe, well landscaped and great for walking. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely return!
