Lovely
This condo was one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed in. Once we finally found the room since it was dark, and the buildings were not labeled too well we were welcomed to a nice basket of treats left for us. Everything was clean anything we needed was there and it was a huge plus to have a washer and dryer. If I had a question, RuthAnn was very quick in answering my texts. The owners even contacted us because the TVs were recently updated and apparently one in the second bedroom wasn’t working. We never even turned the TVs on in the bedrooms, Judy wanted to send somebody over to fix it, but we didn’t feel it was even necessary. Everything worked well, The morning view was fabulous and we were very lucky to have such wonderful weather. We would definitely be staying again. The pool and atmosphere of the condos was a nice feeling. We saw a few dolphins and just enjoyed the peacefulness of that area of New Smyrna Beach.

100% Relaxation
This condo is perfect. It feels like a home away from home! Everything you need is available for you so there is nothing to worry about. This was my third time staying in this condo and I absolutely love it! Owners and manager are easy to work with and just super nice. I got to meet Judy and she was just the sweetest. I plan on returning as soon as I can.

Wonderful Week
We were amazed from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was perfect!! We had the best week ever. Everything was just as advertised. The balcony was outstanding for incredible views and perfect relaxation. Everything we needed was onsite and we didn't to pick up anything other than a few groceries and snacks. We will DEFINITELY be back next year.

If we could give this condo, 100 stars we would. It was the most wonderful condo we have ever stayed in, and not just because of the view and the fine furnishings, but the homey touch that the owners left throughout the entire condo. We hope to be back very soon!!

We have gone to NSB every summer for the past 6 years and have stayed at several properties along this strip of the beach. This was our favorite by far! It was exactly as pictured, extremely clean, and spacious. The owners have thought of everything and we couldn’t have had a more comfortable stay. We will definitely book again!

Best vacation
I can honestly say this was the BEST vacation I have taken with my family. The unit was spectacular and so organized and clean. My girls (5 and 9) were able to swim in the ocean and the pool all day. We only left the property once because it felt so comfortable and homey in the unit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful also. We will absolutely be returning soon!!

The condo was beautiful. Very clean with lots of needed items available. The owners even left a gift basket filled with goodies. The decor was appropriately beach themed with adorable quotes. The beds were comfier than home!! The balcony and view of the beach and ocean were fabulous. One of the best condos we have rented over the years and definitely would return. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely fantastic!
Thank you so much for sharing your magnificent home with us! The view is indescribably beautiful and the only way to get closer to the ocean is to be on a boat! The ocean-front pool was warm and the view during the swim is second to none. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Holiday Heaven!
We couldn’t have had a more perfect place to spend Christmas with my 91 year old mom. The condo is more beautiful than the photos. Spotlessly clean and stocked with everything one could possibly need to prepare Christmas dinner! They even had a Christmas tree for us!! The view is breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony is pure relaxation. I would very highly recommend this condo. It’s perfect!

Without a doubt the best rental experience we have ever had! Amazing views, luxurious condo, including everything you could possible need or want during your stay. In addition, the condo was spacious and easy for my husband to maneuver with his walker. We hope to be able to visit again some time.

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean, roomy, everything that we needed in the kitchen was there. Night lights, flashlight, beach towels, games,wifi, cable with free movies. The only down side is you are approximately 4 miles south of the main restaurants. But an Uber was always available. 5 star condo.

Condo is even better than pics! Extra clean, well equipped. Balcony was amazing! Couldn’t ask for better communication from owner. We would love to go back! We were there just a few weeks after Hurricane Ian and there is still destruction to many condo stairs access to the beach but Smyrna Beach Club was totally fine! Easy access to the beach.

Vacation with Hurricane Ian
We have stayed at this property before and we love it. We were here during hurricane Ian and the owner (Judy) was also on site. We had a small issue before the storm hit with AC and it was fixed promptly. Judy gave us helpful advice on weathering the storm. We will be back for a vacation “do over” outside of hurricane season!

I can't say enough about this place. Beautifully furnished, a kitchen with everything you need, beach chairs, and a great location. All we had to bring was a suitcase and some food! The place is spacious, bright, and clean. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. Highly recommended.

This is the most beautiful condo! The condo is totally updated with really nice furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous! The layout of this condo provides for a really spacious feeling and lots of room. This condo is really elevated with high-end touches such as the beds, curtains, blinds, closet storage, kitchen appliances, etc. Overall this is the most beautiful condo I have stayed in at NSB! The view from the balcony is amazing! I highly recommend this condo! The agent is also really friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a great experience working with the agent on this property.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was better than expected and we had no problems at all. The beach was not too crowded and no lines to wait on the elevator. Relaxing stay in a beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful and well-appointed with many extra touches to make it feel like home. The beds were so comfortable! The ocean views were spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The location of the condo is very convenient. It was so easy to spend time at the beach and pool, but also to make quick trips to stores and restaurants. We also really appreciated the service we received from RuthAnn and Judy. Everyone was so thoughtful. We have stayed in New Smyrna for many years, and found this place to be one of the best. I'd highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay!
We had such a wonderful vacation at Judy and Mike's place. The home was very clean and stocked with all that we needed. Quit complex. Communication with RuthAnn and the owners was great and they went above and beyond to help us out when we had a special request for them. The view is stunning! You have such easy access to the beach and when we went it wasn't crowded at all and the kids found so many fun shells! We saw so many beautiful birds flying right past our windows and diving into the ocean. Lots of beautiful sunrises. Definitely a place to go back to!

Absolutely wonderful!!!
We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 2 and 4 year old kids. We could not have had a better stay. The condo was perfect. Spacious, bright, clean and the layout was great! It has absolutely everything you could need for a great stay, and the view was amazing! The first few days of our stay were quite chilly, but the pool was warm so we could still swim. Our in-laws stayed in another unit on the 7th floor, and ours was notably better stocked and had a better and brighter layout. RuthAnn who we communicated with for the rental was also very responsive and we felt so well taken care of the entire time. We didn't want to leave, but are thankful for the memories we made here with our littles! The only thing to mention for consideration is that the beds are all really high off the ground the kids used a step stool to get into bed. I was very nervous that my 2 year old would fall out if bed, but he never did. Overall we would re-book in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!
The property was perfect! Beautiful 6th floor ocean front with magnificent views! This property has everything! So lovely with a spacious layout and top notch furnishings . They thought of every detail from comfortable beds to plenty of customized storage. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to visit this property again. Check-in and communication with the property manager and the owner were easy, easy. They go out of their way to make their guests feel at home and we did!
