With its white stucco and red clay tile roof, Las Brisas offers a beautiful mix of elegance and comfort, all while being in an unbeatable oceanfront location.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the guest rooms include one with a queen bed and another with a convenient queen-size Murphy bed. The third bedroom can easily double as an office space. The bathrooms include state of the art Japanese toilets.
Modern Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features sleek, stainless steel appliances, including a double-wide refrigerator and both a Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee pot.
Living Space: Relax in the living room with a Smart TV for all your streaming needs. Enjoy panoramic views of the pool and ocean from your private balcony. An electric fireplace is available for chilly nights (a wood-burning fireplace is not available).
Beach Gear Included: The unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach bikes, and an umbrella for your convenience.

Access: The unit is located on the second floor and has no elevator access. It has its own parking garage below the unit. One flight of steps from the parking garage gets you to the entrance level of the unit and a second flight gets you to the units living spaces.
Things to Bring: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. However, for your perfect stay, we recommend bringing the following:
