Luxe Oceanfront Condo in New Smyrna Beach

Onlangs gerenoveerd, luxe appartement met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers - 1200 vierkante meter met uitzicht op de oceaan, het strand en het zwembad. Lift toegang - bovenste (6e) verdieping (geen bovenburen). Toegang tot het wereldberoemde mooie strand van New Smyrna ligt vlak bij het zwembad. Gelegen op slechts een halve mijl ten zuiden van Flagler Ave en het populairste winkelcentrum van New Smyrna, waaronder tientallen restaurants, supermarkten en levendig avondentertainment. Op loopafstand van Chases on the Beach, Breakers en de Tiki Bar.

We hebben onlangs het appartement gerenoveerd en het is mooi met geweldig direct uitzicht op de oceaan en het strand. Alle apparaten zijn nieuwer en er zijn granieten werkbladen in de keuken. NIEUW hardhouten vloeren in beide slaapkamers! We brengen daar tijd door als het niet wordt verhuurd, dus we hebben strandhanddoeken, strandstoelen, koelbox, video's, boeken, spelletjes, enz. Zodat u zich meer thuis voelt. We hebben net het beddengoed, bad en beddengoed in beide suites bijgewerkt (inclusief 800 thread count sheets!) NIEUW kingsize bed met losse kussens en we hebben zojuist een 38-inch flatscreen-tv toegevoegd. De tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 NIEUWE queen top queen bedden en een DVD / VCR / TV. De extra grote familiekamer heeft een gloednieuwe sectionele plus een nieuwe full-size slaapbank, DVD / VCR / TV en we hebben zojuist een 48 'flatscreen-tv toegevoegd. Er is ook gratis WiFi in het strand appartement. Als u veilig, snel internet nodig heeft, is dat beschikbaar voor een extra $ 20 (maandelijks verblijf zal meer zijn)

De Pelican heeft zojuist een facelift ondergaan en er is een nieuw landschap aan straatkant en aan het zwembad!

We loved our stay at Cindy’s beautiful condo at The Pelican. We had wonderful ocean views being on the top floor of the complex-loved the high chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy my coffee in the morning. The condo was surprisingly spacious - so many units are that shoebox shape but this unit has a wider layout so the living area and kitchen feels more like a real home. The furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching March Madness from the sectional sofa—plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen had everything we needed and allowed us to cook the majority of nights rather than go out. Master bath is gorgeous. Loved having plenty of closet / storage space in that area. I wish this complex had restrooms on the ground level near the pool - so you didn’t have to go back to your unit to use the restroom during pool / beach time. Other than that this is an ideal vacation spot and we would definitely go again.

Beautiful condo with picture perfect views. Cindy’s home was well equipped, extremely clean and Cindy was delightful to interact with. Wonderful stay in NSB

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The unit was as advertised. A nice layout, a spacious living room with wide views of the ocean, a pleasant balcony with plenty of seating, comfortable bedrooms, and a closet full of beach accessories. The location within NSB was great, just minutes away from local grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The condo's general amenities were also great, with two large pools, shuffleboard courts, and great beach access. Finally, we had a nice experience with the owner, who successfully accommodated our stay with little lead time and kept in communication with us to make sure everything worked out. Great stay!

Communication leading up to vacation was amazing. All details provided. Checkin was seamless and it helps that there is a keyless entry w a code so you can go straight to condo! Amazing when you have kids!!! Views from the condo of the beach and pool are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Perfect getaway

We loved our stay! The condo is just as described. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and right on the beach. The condo is well stocked in kitchen items, beach items (which we didn’t use, but it’s there), extra towels, trash bags, etc. The beds slept comfortably. Plenty of seating in the living room. The balcony had a beautiful view and we loved the chairs. The pool and pool area was very clean and cleaned each morning. Overall it was a great condo, location and experience! We will definitely be back! Cindy was wonderful to answer questions, and respond quickly.

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The set-up of the condo is fantastic. Guessing the architect that designed the development, started from the beach and work backward from there, making sure that unless you are in one of the bedrooms (in the back of the unit), the ocean is the feature. When you cook, the ocean is in your face. When you watch TV, the ocean is in your face. When you pour a drink, its while you are looking at the beach. From a logistical standpoint, the check in process could not have been easier and the owner (Cindy) was proactive and responsive. Thanks, Cindy!! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.
