Located on the Central East Coast of Florida.
There are 17 miles of white, sandy beaches and we are enclosed by 2 National Parks with the Intracoastal on one side of the Peninsular and the Ocean on the other.
We have a drive and no drive beach making it so convenient to just park and play.
New Smyrna Beach offers every type of water sports your heart desires from surfing to paddle boarding , boating, fishing or just plain relaxing at the beach. This natural, beautiful area has plenty of dolphin, & manatees, sea turtles if you just want to spot wildlife. We can also view all the launches from here even though Cape Canervral is 45 mins away and they are spectacular to view!
This cozy city offers tennis, pickel ball courts, great golf courses including the LGPA under 30 mins away, great restaurants in every price range, art festivals and lots of special events on historical Flagler Ave and Canal St. with colorful unique shops, and old Florida Flare.
We are the closest beach to all.the theme parks in Orlando and also the location is great for day trips to. The closest airports are Daytona Beach 30 mins away, Orlando under an hour, Sanford Orlando International airport 45 mins away with charters to smaller airports near you.
The Cozy Cottage has a wide open living room with comfy couches and a large screen TV, a full kitchen with a dining area to seat 4 and a nice outside porch area to relax after the beach.
The bedroom has a Queen bed and a sitting area along with a full bath with a shower. A second shower is located outside to get the sand off after a hard day at the beach. There is also a futon in the living area. Your pet is welcome for a small fee if they are housebroken, flea protected, not constant barkers and don't sleep on furniture. Please let us know the breed.
