Second bedroom with a queen bed

Second full bathroom conveniently located off the hallway

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balcony while watching dolphins pass by. Guests also have access to community amenities such as a pool, beach access, parking, tennis courts, pickle ball, and elevators(customize as needed).

**There is currently outside construction - Pressure washing, Painting. If they discover crack or bad stucco they may have to hammer drill from time to time. Each unit is in different sections of the building so the work may or may not be completed at the unit- feel free to reach out**
