Welkom bij New Smyrna Beach, de meest vriendelijke en schilderachtige badplaats van Florida. Moontide is de beste vakantiewaarde van New Smyrna Beach. Ons rookvrije 'strandhuisje' bevindt zich op de bovenste locatie op de top (5e) verdieping van het prestigieuze 'A'-gebouw, direct aan het strand, en beschikt over een groot 30 voet breed volledig privébalkon met vrij uitzicht op en neer de hele strand. Ons appartement ligt precies tegen de zeewering. Je kunt niet directer aan zee komen dan dit. Het bevindt zich op het gewenste veilige, beveiligde 'no drive'-strand.

Ons 'strandhuis' werd volledig gerenoveerd in de herfst van 2014, met alle nieuwe vloeren, keukenkasten, keuken- en wasruimte-apparatuur, betegelde inloopdouches, eetkamer, woonkamer en slaapkamerinrichting, 55 '' slimme 'HDTV, allemaal nieuw keuken bestek. Echt, alles is nieuw.

Het balkon beschikt over tal van zitmogelijkheden om te genieten van de bezienswaardigheden en het geluid van het strand; Stel je adembenemende geschilderde zonsopgangen en maanverlichte avonden voor terwijl je nadenkt over de herinneringen van de dag; wandelingen en fietstochten langs het strand, zittend onder de strandtent, kijkend naar de dolfijn langs de kust zwemmen, of de pelikanen drijven langs de altijd aanwezige zeebries.

Het balkon en het panoramische uitzicht staan open voor zowel de hoofdslaapkamer, die een prachtig kingsize bed heeft, als een open woonkamer met een 55 inch 'slimme' HDTV en zitplaatsen om naar het strand te kijken. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en heeft ook een comfortabel 'hide-a-mat' eenpersoonsbed, evenals een 37 'HDTV. Er is de mogelijkheid van gratis Netflix-streaming op alle tv's. We hebben ook een gratis Amazon Fire Stick voor uitgebreide weergaveopties.

Een volledig gevulde keuken zorgt voor eten in, of profiteer van de vele lokale restaurants. Eigenaren bieden u het gebruik van hun selectie strandhanddoeken, tenten en parasols, strandstoelen en strandkar. Moontide heeft een verwarmd zwembad op slechts een steenworp afstand, een eigen beveiligde parkeergarage en privétennisbanen. Er is een gloednieuwe wasmachine en droger in de unit voor uw gemak. Gratis high speed internet WiFi-service en gratis lokale en interlokale telefoondienst naar de VS, Canada en P. R.

This condo had a WOW factor the minute we walked in. We have stayed at numerous VRBO condos and this one far surpassed all of them in many ways.The design and decor was exquisite. Every detail had been attended to. It was very welcoming and peaceful.It was also very well stocked. Bob was very responsive to any questions and made several recommendations.The property was directly on the sandy beach. Loved the pods of Pelicans. And even watched Santa pass by on his bicycle on this Christmas trip.One of the thrills for me was watching the manatees at Blue SpringState Park about a 30 mile drive.

Bob and Deb are excellent hosts. Communication was excellent and they were available should any issues arise. (There were no issues)The oceanfront condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a great week was readily available. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. That and a cup of coffee started our day off perfectly. We hope to return to this perfect place on the coast next year.

Dear Bob and Deb, Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. We loved the beautiful costal decor and the well stocked amenities! The comfy cushioned chair in the corner of the balcony was a favorite spot. The view from the balcony was awesome. We felt like we were almost right on the water. Thank you for providing the binoculars. It was fun to check out the birds and passing boats! We were lucky to visit during the Beaver Full Moon. The beach was amazingly bright even at midnight! Three lifelong female friends looking for a wonderful place to reconnect, laugh, enjoy the beach, have some excellent food and generally chill. This condo is all it claims to be. Gorgeous beachfront property

We had a wonderful stay in November. The condo is beautiful and has a large balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The unit is well equipped with everything you could want to have at the beach. The owners were very helpful with information about the area attractions and restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect!

An immaculate and perfectly appointed unit with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The pictures, as beautiful as they are, do not begin to do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything you could possibly need. We loved starting the day with our morning coffee and ending our day with a nightcap on the balcony. Loved the easy access to the beach and a super short beach walk to a fun ocean front restaurant/bar, Chase’s on the Beach. We really appreciated the owner’s communication before, and during our stay, as well as their flexibility and thoughtful touches. We wil definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Bob and Deb’s condo. Location was great! The view from the balcony was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, tents, boogies boards and so much more right there at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, there was a nice kitchen to cook in and everything was very clean! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as well! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Strongly recommend!! The condo is Beautiful, and very clean. The property inside and outside was very clean. Easy access to the beach. Great for Beach lovers

The location really cannot be beat. I became addicted to watching the tide go in and out (when we were there), and listening to the waves. Saw dolphins while drinking morning coffee. We were only on property about half the time, but there was so much available for the beach, wish we had more time. Boards, toys, balls, towels, tents, etc. I think VRBO did something weird on the listing... one room says Queen + Twin, but reality was just a Queen. The written description does not mention 2nd bed. We did find a foam Mat/ mattress that could have been used, but the couch was large and comfortable enough as well.

Relax..and just enjoy being at the beach!

Mostly what there is to do in NSB is well ..to relax and enjoy the gorgeous beach! Moontide A502 is the place to do exactly that - and there are options. When you first arrive at the condo you’ll see the fabulous ocean views from your own private 5th floor balcony. We found some local coffee at Island Roasters and enjoyed that while watching the sunrise every morning… which, according to me, is a perfect start to any beach day! The building itself is just a few steps from the sand and surf- and every beach accessory you could want is provided. There’s also a heated rooftop pool, a great place for swimming or laying out, and here again it faces the ocean, and the view up there is incredible.. The condo itself is very comfortable, we enjoyed our time here.
