'We had a fantastic stay at the Link Hotel. The location was fantastic, great for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and we used the coffee hatchbone morning too. The family room set up was perfect for us allowing the kids to have their own room and bathroom. 'We absolutely loved it here! Every staff member we encounter was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were able to get us in to a room right away. They were also very accommodating with a late checkout. The pool had plenty of shade and the beach was easily accessible. I can’t say enough about how welcoming the staff was, we will definitely be back the next time we are in Miami'

'Kamer waren super schoon. De personeel zijn niet echt spraakzaam maar wel aardig. In de avond hoorde je een vervelend geluid ik denk dat het kwam van de airco aan de buitenkant van onze raam wat best vervelend was om te slapen . De uitzicht was echt niks we keken precies tegen de binnenkant van een huis ernaast. '

'The staff were super cordial and attentive, so were the cleaning crew. We got a free upgrade to our room, which was awesome and a great surprise for our vacation! I just wish they gave free water bottles instead of the ones filled in the glass bottles, they kind of smelled funky. Also I couldn’t get the balcony door open on my room. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and had great amenities. The rooms were super clean and I loved the Aesop soap. I would definitely come back!'

'The bathroom is enormous and the shower is spectacular. The curtains could be thicker since there is a DJ balcony right outside the window that faces the bathroom and we could see people. Bathrobes were a great addition, slippers would have been appreciated. They need a full length mirror and steamers in the room. If you have any accessibility concerns I would caveat that the only way upstairs was via a spiral staircase. Luckily the staff gave us support to carry our bags upstairs but we weren’t...
