Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Er was een probleem met Hotels.com, de plek waar wij Yotel hadden geboekt. Dat duurde een uur (!) aan de incheckbalie om uit te zoeken, maar het personeel van het Yotel NY slaagde er in om het voor elkaar te krijgen, voor de prijs die we hadden geboekt. Dat was heel fijn. Als compensatie voor het ongemak kregen we kamers op de één na hoogte verdieping, met prachtig uitzicht. Goede bedden, goede douche. Het hotel is verder prima, wij betaalden 300 dollar per nacht voor 2 koers voor 3 personen, verachtingen ruimschoots voldaan voorr dat geld. Wel is het ontbijt (niet inbegrepen voor dat geld) niet super, alles is een beetje lauw (ook de koffie) maar voor 15 dollar pp wel te doen.

De accomodatie is erg fijn. Je bent op jezelf en hulp nodig dan is er meteen iemand die voor je klaar staat. Ik vond het personeel allemaal erg aardig en behulpzaam. De ligging kon voor mij iets beter maar dat ligt waarschijnlijk ook aan ons. De bar en rooftop maakten het helemaal top, op de prijs van de drank na natuurlijk maar daar stond ik in heel NY paf van :)

Ik vond het erg jammer dat je de koffers niet in het Hotel kon laten op de dag van vertrek wn dan weer ergens in de stad ze in een magazijn moest zetten en weer veel geld kwijt daar aan voor de rest goed hotel maar dit blijft in je geheugen staan

Prima hotel, vriendelijke mensen, fijn bed. Alleen zijn de kamers in NYC niet groot, maar hier nog kleiner. Daarnaast ligt het hotel op 10th ave. Dat is voor ons net te ver. De voorkeur ligt een locatie op 7th of 8th ave, dichter bij de subways.

The room was a bit small but good enough for what we needed. The location was excellent and very central to everywhere we wanted to go. Only downside is that the bathroom was glass.

They told me that there was a flood in the building and my reservation was cancelled. Further, they said I should have received a notification from Expedia but I haven’t received anything. I’m glad I don’t live too far from nyc and so I just decided to go home rather than search for another hotel.

The room was really cool and the bed so super comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff was respectful. The area was perfect for tourists. I will be staying here my next trip to NY. The only thing that was unexpected was the taxes $$$

The room seem ok but shower was dirty with black gunk around the edges, very dusty and where the food tray sits looks like it has never been cleaned before. Elevators were always dirty. Employees at front desk were not helpful or friendly.

Staff was amazing they upgraded us to a better room for a low rate. Was an easy walk from Times Square and the subway. There was a lot of food options 1-2 blocks away. Oh and shower was amazing!

The hotel is just like in the photos. However, remember that they make you pay for Resort Fee for every night. When you book the room, be aware that it is not included. We told the receptionist that we didn't know this and he told us that it happens a lot, that it is written in small letters during reservation and that we are adults so we should have read everything carefully. It is like they do this so that people cannot notice. Maybe it's my bad but I have never had such experience at other hotels. It was my first experience with having to pay extra. Apart from this, the room is really small. It is hard to move around if you are two people. The toilet and shower are in the room separated by glass and the door does not fully close. So when you are in there, your partner will hear "whatever you do". You will hear people from the hall. The noise insulation is not good at all. On top of that, one morning, some staff were chatting really loudly in the hall at 7:20 that after 10 minutes we had to get up and warn them. They say they offer complimentary mini refrigerators, yet in reality it is veeery limited and not easy to come by. They are also in bad shape, so if you need it, it could be a problem. When I asked for one, one receptionist told me to check with her every day between 12:00-2:00 and wait in my room! I could get one after 4 phone calls. Overall, I will not probably not stay at another YOTEL.

This is an absolute pile of dung of an establishment. Move on, go somewhere else. For the money, the place was dirty with poor living conditions, and broken amenitites. "Hotel and 3* " is a joke! I have pictures and videos of how pathetic this place is. It's so bad, the lobby stinks of marijuana, the staff are useless and ate my cookies. Just an embarrasement all round. I booked a different place.

Nothing fancy about the place. Wasn’t like the pictures (so not what i expected). We were happy with the location because this wasn’t our first time to the city. It was quiet and we felt more like residents instead of tourists in the area. We could easily get to restaurants, bars, entertainment, transportation. Worked great for a couple. Not sure I’d stay here with my family just due to room/lack of spaciousness. Overall we were satisfied though!

We value feedback, both positive and negative as this allows us the opportunity to improve on our service delivery.I always ask our guests to let us know exactly what the issue is during their stay so that we can rectify things while they are still residing with us.I am very sorry that you didn't know we dont have fridge in the room, nor microwave, I recommend you to read the features and amenities of the hotels you choose, before booking to avoid disappointments like in our hotel, because if you had spent some time reading before booking, I believe you would have booked somewhere else, where you find microwave and fridge, sorry for that. Die Unterkunft ist echt toll und nur 5 Minuten vom TS entfernt da gibt es danna uch die Subway... Also wenn wir NY buchen würden, dann denke ich wieder dieses Hotel!
