Everything was very very well. Only when we were waiting in the lobby for our transfer to the airport, there was not a toilet available. Eventuelly we could use the toilet of the staff.

geweldig hotel, schoon, goede bedden en erg vriendelijke personeel. Ontbijt goed. Wel een aantal keren meegemaakt dat er weinig aanbod van broodjes bij het ontbijt was als je later dan 8 uur was. Dit terwijl het ontbijt tot 9 uur is.

I enjoyed my stay at insignia hotel, however the remote to the television was terrible. You only have the option of their cable channels and you aren’t able to cast from your phone which was outdated and pretty annoying. Overall I had a pleasant stay. I appreciate the property having the coffee and tea available 24hrs the complimentary breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The ice machine is on the 1st floor and gives ice chips which I love. The patio area in front was quaint and quiet. I’ll be back again

The good: the staff were so helpful and kind. The bedding was clean.
The bad: thin walls and noisy people. A man with children was yelling "Give me a high five" repeatedly and a toddler was squealing with joy, also repeatedly, until well after midnight. It sounded like they were in the room with us. The bed was sagging in the middle. The shower drained onto the bathroom floor.
