I really didn’t want to put a bad review, as I truly believe this is an awesome hotel overall. I just had a bad experience dealing with them. I made a booking via Expedia app. I wanted to book a later date, but made a genuine mistake that I booked for the current date at the time being, and momentarily the same minute I called the hotel to change the date, and explained the situation, and they said they can’t do anything until Expedia reaches out to them, i talked to Expedia customer service, they said they’re working on this with the hotel and will reach out to me once the get a response. The day after i got a message from Expedia saying that hotel rejected my request for changing date because I should’ve requested date change 48 hrs before the checkin time. I mean common guys, I really hoped for some human understanding for the genuine mistake and i even called everyone the minutes after i booked, but saying that i needed to reach out 48hrs before the checkin knowing that I booked for the current date? This just doesn’t make any sense.
