-Pet Pals: Bringing a furry friend? They're totally welcome! Just make sure they're comfy in a crate when you're not around. We'd love to see a crate pic before you check in. Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
-Chillin' Late Checkouts: If you're in no rush to leave, a late check-out comes with a full day's rate.
-Inviting Friends: Friends are more than welcome, but please give us a heads-up in advance. Visitors count as extra guests with additional fees, 30 per guest per day.
-Sharing, Not So Much: Keep the check-in details and booking info within your group. Sharing outside the reservation leads to cancellation – no fun, we know!
-TLC for Linens: If any towels or linens need extra care, we'll have to deduct $10 per piece from the deposit.
-Trash Talk: On Monday's & Thursday's night, regular bagged garbage goes on the curb in front of the home. Recyclables? Leave those by the garage doors. And remember, no recycling mixed with regular garbage – fines may apply.
-Pest-Free Kitchen: Keep your treats in the kitchen cabinets – we've got a pest-free space and want to keep it that way.
-Fresh Air Vibes: We're keeping things clean and crisp, so no smoking near or inside the house. If any odors linger, there's a $500 cleaning fee.
