Pros: Well appointed, good location that is close to George Fox, parks, and other fun locations. Most everything we needed was thought of, although oddly no toaster so we broiled toast in the oven.Cons: ANTS! I figured it might be a problem when I saw any bait in all the windows. My wife and son sat down on the couch and almost immediately both of them had ants crawling on them. Not very fun, as my wife has a phobia of ants from a childhood experience. A LOT of junk, old wood, and misc stuff stacked around the house. Lastly, there are multiple holes in the drywall in a couple of rooms. Oh, we also couldn't get the fan with a light on the bathroom to work the entire weekend, so on the last day I took a shower in the dark and while I was in the shower the light finally came on completely on its own. Net/net, if you really need a place to stay this will work but I wouldn't recommend it if you have options.

We did not love anything about this property. In fact, our stay was so tarnished by the following: Broken toilet, intolerable smell, poor interactions and zero follow through with Vacasa staff that we saved ourselves the additional headache and vacated the premises upon confirming that absolutely nothing was being done to handle our situation and frustrations.We are a family of 4 with small children and by the morning of our first day, the toilet was both running constantly, and then the handle didn't work at all. The only way to flush the toilet was to lift the lid off the back and reach in to grab the handle lever. Not a big deal if addressed promptly, but it was not. The entire front living room/kitchen has a VERY unpleasant odor, that when I addressed with Vacasa was instructed to "ensure the burners on the stove are off". The neighbors, whom our children played with the first and last morning of our stay explained that the property has had severe water/flooding issues. The odor was musty and likely mold as it was not throughout the entirety of the home, but likely concentrated where there was the most damage historically.The home has holes, exposed wires and several areas that are simply unfinished and unloved. We did not feel comfortable cooking/entertaining in the home, which was the point of our decision to rent a home vs stay in a B&B. We left the property after these issues, combined with very poor if non-existent customer service whom did not refund us fully
