While it states being pet friendly there was nowhere for my dog to relieve themselves. We had to walk around the neighborhood, sketchy at night. The fee was $10, better than other places with the lack of a patch of grass. The continental breakfast is a joke.

It took forever to check in. Several people came in complaining about problems with their rooms. Our first room was not clean and toilet wouldn’t flush. They gave us another room and it was much cleaner, but heater and refrigerator were so loud it was hard to sleep. Mostly construction workers staying there.

We have been waiting patiently for our new furniture arrive that we have been remodling our rooms to Super 8 however, we clean our rooms throughly and inspect each and every room to the level it needs to be at and, workers and big groups do stay with us aswell. If you're working on the road this Dated, kinda run down but I've stayed in worse hotel is pretty ok and we stay her often and will again but if you're with the wife you might look a bit further

The property was average. The manager and one staff cleaned a room while we waited. It is dog friendly.

The room was okay a little dated but the bathroom had mold in the shower and the floor was dirty. I didn’t feel very safe so I actually didn’t stay the night and didn’t request my money back.

The place was clean, but pretty run-down. That is consistent with the local economy. The bed was comfortable. My dog was welcomed for a $10 fee. Not bad. I don't think they see a lot of traffic. The relative shabbiness is result of that traffic dearth. Again, clean. Not my favorite place, but the staff deliver clean and safe

My room was canceled by the manager after leaving unintelligible messages on my phone that was impossible to differentiate from credit card scammers. My son ended up staying here with his team and told me the smell of dog poo and cigarette smoke in the "eating" area was absolutely disgusting. There was also visible dried out dog poo in the "eating" area. He also said that the cleanliness of the room was far below satisfaction. Overall, I would only recommend staying here if you're into experiencing horror hotels. Otherwise sleep in your car, or just make the extra 37 mile trip to Custer, SD.

Great, pet friendly, stay.
The exterior is a little run down (COVID related). But it was a wonderful place to stay on our first trip with a puppy. The staff was so friendly.

Never again
This place needs some serious renovations! Maybe a bulldozer and begin again?? Girl at desk was sweet and was trying her best, but they don’t give her much to work with! I’m not a picky person, but will never stay here again! Honestly folks, just close it down, renovate then reopen!

Never again.
A very worn out motel. Poorly maintained. Maid service was a joke, made the bed but didn't replenish coffee or empty garbage. Grounds lacked maintenance, like cigarette butts and old dog poo sitting around. Pretty sad place.

The room was filthy with hair all over in the bathroom and a deodorant lid on the floor. The floor was dirty and the bed looked like it hadn’t been changed. We asked for another room and while they gave us one the bathroom shower curtain was all stained and the room again wasn’t clean. The bed was comfortable and that was about the only decent thing about it.

I didn’t like them one bit. They had bed bugs. I got bit several times. I had to go to urgent care because I’m severely allergic to bug bites. When I went to the front desk the next morning to inform them that I wasn’t going to stay for the other night I paid for that didn’t want to give me a refund. Horrible horrible service!!

Did not like anything about this place!!!! The owner lives on the property in one of the rooms! He has a big dog that he lets poop in the gravel in front of the rooms & does NOT pick it up! I felt itchy all night like something had been biting me! The rooms absolutely STINK!!! The owner is very rude! Please do NOT stay in this place! You will absolutely regret it!

Keep Driving!
Horrible. If we hadn’t already booked this ahead of time, there’s no way we would have stayed here. Stinky, old, moldy, poor upkeep, cheep towels, worn out beds, etc, etc, etc. And, it’s not like it was some discount rate either. We paid almost $100 for one night. Unless they knock the rate down to about $19.95 a night, I’d keep driving!
