'This stay was exactly what our group was looking for! We had a group of 12 visiting Ithaca for our 10-year college reunion. The houses 6 bedrooms fit us very comfortably and the living space was more than big enough to accommodate all of us. And we definitely took advantage of the fire pit and jacuzzi to get the whole group of us outside to enjoy the beautiful nature that the area has to offer. 'Our son had a baseball tournament in Cortland/Ithaca so we chose to forgo the mediocre price gauged hotel chains and do some fancy camping. The owners were super welcoming. The tent was spacious (4 of us) and the location by the river was amazing. I was most worried about the shared bathrooms but they were immaculate & clean.
