Doesn’t look like advertised photos.
There was no breakfast, we were told they don’t provide anything anymore. No toiletries were provided, they provided no coffee for the mini in room coffee maker they spit coffee everywhere. They room was not very clean and the towels were stained. It would be a last resort motel for me in the future.

This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.
My family had a bad experience at this hotel. The photos online were not the photos in the hotel. The room was dirty bath tub was rusted and ceiling paint was coming off. There was prostitution going on in the parking lot. The housekeepers were yelling at people and swearing. The over all experience was horrible.

The place was disgusting and the staff rude. My last day they refused to make me a key or even let me back into my room when i locked myself out until i threatened to call the cops then told me he wouldnt make another and even refused to recharge the key I already had.

Made a reservation 3 days in advance of arriving via expedia - the night clerk could not find my reservation - would not reference the reservation code, and would not honor the Price. not sure what was going on in the lobby - but it sound like a disco - very load and lots of kids running around and tripping over each other. Took my business else where.

There were drug addicts all over the property that were rented rooms & I was repeatedly harassed by them. The mattresses were stained. There were dead bugs between the mattress & the box spring. There were stains on the towels. There was no turn table in the microwave. There was no freezer door on the freezer section of the refrigerator. The pillows were nasty, stained, lumpy & disgusting. The water pressure was horrible & the toilet paper in the room was on the roller but sopping wet. I was very disappointed & they do not give refunds.

We arrived very early in the morning and it took 25 minutes to find our reservation. The photos clearly are from years, if not a decade or more, ago. The pool was black and green and our room faced it. One of the evenings arriving back to our room, the smell of the pool came into our room. The faucets in the shower were broken. The shower itself was dirty and the curtain was moldy. We had to immediately ask for more towels, as they clearly did not review our reservation to see how many people were staying in the room. The electrical sockets in the room were not covered and the wiring was exposed and my children almost got into them. It was such a poor experience, I feel sorry for anyone that spends their money on this facility in the future. Upon exit, the person was asleep in the lobby chairs, that was supposed to be behind the counter. When I entered from the outside, he awoke and I indicated that we were leaving and checking out. Not removing himself out of the chair he was sleeping in, asked if we wanted a receipt from our trip; I asked if there were going to be any additional charges, he indicated no and I indicated that I did not want a receipt. Poor customer service, the facility was absolutely disgusting, and the room was abysmal.

We got a key to a room that was already occupied so we had to change rooms very first thing then we went straight to bed because we were exhausted from traveling and got woke up by the manager and 4 different people- guest and staff coming into our room while we were in bed sayinging we had a gun from the 1st room we were in!!! Nit only was this humiliating and disrespectful but it was also very dangerous. - we only stayed about 3 hours and left because i was afraid and felt very unsafe.

Absolutely filthy! Stains on lamp shades pillows. Had to clean room myself. Mold on ceilings. Outlets didn’t work. Staff rude. Asked for 2 xtra towels as only bare minimal in room and was questioned why needed. Pool was non functional swampy green. No continental breakfast. No ice maker. Husband told by management to go across street to get. Pass this place on by people. Will never stay again!

Pro tip: check room before you take your stuff in!! They have a no refund after 10 minutes policy. I thought it was strange until I saw the room. Wish we hadn't taken the time to gather our things before looking at it, otherwise we would have gotten our money back and left! Room was filthy. Needed to request clean sheets as soon as we walked in, but they wouldnt give us pillowcases - had to go out and buy our own. Towels, floors, walls, and even lampshades were disgusting. Toothbrush and comb left wedged in the bed from who knows how long ago. Pool is nasty and no one would touch it. Regularly patrolled by police, take that however you wish.

This facility is popular for work crews. Very disappointed that the ice machine had been broken for quite a while. The owner also own the Days Inn next door and if I wanted ice I had to walk across the field. I was not told this when i checked in. This is totally unacceptable. With COVID there was no eating area; the coffee pot in my room was broken. There were no trash cans outside. This facility is very old. I was surprised to see very old outdated carpet (although it was in good condition). However, the price was acceptable for an overnight stay. I did have to pay $10 for my small pet.

The hotel value is what I expected for the price. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was a little old, but adequate. Cleanliness of my room was good. Wifi connection was spotty. Outside noise level was a little loud, but not too bad. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay, for the price.

Facility is close to the Pilot Truck stop, which is good. Coversheets on bed had stain on it. 1 bath and 2 wash cloths also had stain like semens or bodily fluid. Room# 106, the door had gap from the floor, which I stuffed with tissue and hand towels from the bathroom to prevent insects or anything from crawling through. Rate my stay, 50/100. From desk staffs friendly.

Clean, convenient location, and relatively quiet. There was quite a bit of noise outside my room until about 10:30p and starting again at about 6:30a, but I was in the room closest to the lobby so this is understandable.

Repulsive front Desk agent and day porter.
The Customer Service from the Front Desk Agent, was non-existant. My experience with the day shift personal was unsatisfactory, unprofessional and quite honestly disrespectful.. The Front Desk Agent cursed at me and yelled the whole interactions with me. I'm so flabbergasted at how she felt she could use that tone and speech with me, with other guests present is beyond uncomprehensible..This wiwill be my last reservation with this hotel

Horrible Experience
I do not recommend this Hotel. The staff (owners?) didnt seem to care. The room was disgusting, had a foul odor, the liens on the bed had rips and stains.not to mention Mold on mattress. I even found a Rx Prescription pill on the floor. The carpets were so filthy that just in a short time turned your socks black. NONE of the ammities that was listed on the webpage was available. What the hotel advertises for accomindations are False!!!!!! NO breakfast was provided, NO iron in room, No working coffee pot, No soaps nor shampoos were provided. The Swimming pool was Green! Only 2 towels provided for 2 people. The bathroom,bathtub, toliet and tile were dirty and disgusting. I even found a ball of knotted hair on the wall (looked like a furball, gross!)) Our room lost power on 1 entire side of room. We returned to the room after leaving for a short time and the key card no longer worked. We had to get the card reprogramed so we could get into the room. The Hotel also had a LOT of semi permanent guest drinking playing loud music and conversation outside in the breezeways. Grilling on second story balconies (fire hazzard) It was like a Block Party in the parking lot!! This was such a Nightmare. When I addressed the problems and condition of the room and concerns with the noise the owners dismissed it and blamed everything on Covid-19....Wow! I think a full refund is in order. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Such a Horrible experience
