Volledig gerenoveerd met smaak en comfort. . . voelt als thuis weg van huis! Dit is mijn tweede thuis, dus de plaats is volledig uitgerust met alle dingen die je nodig hebt. Op loopafstand van strand- inspiratiepunt, winkels, alles. Ruime 3 slaapkamers, 2 1/2 bad, prive-grote prive-terras met buiten dineren, sectionele bank, BBQ en open haard. Heldere en open plattegrond met hoge plafonds, ingebouwde verlichting, hardhouten vloeren, betegelde badkamers. Geniet van uw avonden buiten met prachtige verlichting en een romantische open haard. De woonkamer met open haard opent naar de privépatio om te ontspannen na een leuke dag op het strand. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, open haard, balkon, grote badkamer met een jacuzzi, extra grote douche voor twee, inloopkast en dubbele wastafel. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, 3e slaapkamer heeft twee volledige stapelbedden. 2e complete badkamer is een Jack & Jill-badkamer tussen de 2e en 3e slaapkamer. Koningin luchtbed is ook beschikbaar en bevindt zich in de kast. Wasmachine en droger gelegen in wasruimte door garage. Games beschikbaar in de woonkamer tv-stand opslag. Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use.

Nice house and close to all the things

My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home. We would absolutely stay again. We rented a crib from an outside company and there was a mix up with pick up after we left the property. Angelique was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.

Somewhat disappointed

This house was a bit disappointing. Upon arrival, the lock box didn't work and it took sometime to get in touch with the owner to find an alternate way to get in. The house itself is generally fine and clean; however, the living room sofa and the outdoor patio furniture did not seem clean and were quite old. We really couldn't even sit on the outdoor stuff. It was quite dirty and stained. The living room rug is also in that condition. Upon arrival, there was laundry in the dryer and wet cleaning towels in the washing machine. The rest of the house was tidy and just fine and the location was good.

Nice Place

Very cute, clean, conveniently located place. Just two things to note: The air mattress has a patched hole in it which causes it to slowly deflate. It also is just a little too wide to put in the kids room so you have to put it downstairs. A twin would definitely fit in the kids room and probably any of the rooms if you bring your own. The bedrooms are also very bright in the morning so bring eye covering. Other than those small caveats, it was great!

Wonderful Home and Hostess

We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.

A Lovely Place - Some Suggesstions

I reserved this lovely place for me and my girlfriends to enjoy my 50th Birthday. The location is great and close to PCH and the beach. We didn’t receive the check in directions and had to call for this information; but it was quickly resolved. The outside patio was a huge part in booking this place and I needed to spend over an hour cleaning off everything with a broken hose and spider webs, dirty removable patio covers, disgusting bbq and 2 broken chairs. The propane was left on and smelled like gas too. Everything inside looked very clean and accommodating. However, the toaster was broken and glasses were unclean from lipstick and dirty dishes stacked in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spotless except the drawers were still in use from the previous guests with misc. items and hair. Last thing is that we were outside at check out time for a half hr packing and didn’t see anyone coming to the house, but later received a text that the cleaning person was upset that we had not checked out on time. We were outside and saw no one. Overall the owner had a lovely place but I think she needs a new cleaning person/company as they are not doing their best jobs and having poor communication with the owner. It also would have been nice to get some $ back from my cleaning deposit as we had to do a lot of unexpected cleaning.

Corona del Mar Getaway

Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.

Perfect Location, Wonderful home

You will not find a better priced home in the area. Location is perfect and house beautifully updated with granite countertops, etc. Hostess is quite responsive to issues. We will still here again when in the area.
