50 stappen om te schuren! Vernieuwde W / groot terras en uitzicht op de baai

Licht en helder, volledig ingericht 1br / 1. 5ba boven-eenheid in klein gebouw op het schiereiland! Het is de enige bovenverdieping, dus er zijn geen gedeelde muren! Het is één huis uit het zand gelegen, zodat u in minder dan 50 stappen naar het strand kunt lopen! Loop naar de oceaan, de baai, restaurants, markten en bus. Minder dan een mijl naar Newport Pier en een half uur naar Disneyland en Knott's Berry Farm. Ongeveer een uur naar het centrum van Los Angeles en anderhalf uur naar San Diego. Veel voorzieningen en gratis wifi!

Dit is een vernieuwde bovenverdieping met een groot privéterras met uitzicht op de baai - de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en een boek te lezen of iets heerlijks te grillen (of bekijk de beroemde Newport Beach Boat Parade met Kerstmis OF een panoramisch uitzicht op vuurwerk van Disneyland tot de duinen op 4 juli)! Het heeft ook kamerbreed tapijt met tegelvloeren in badkamers en keuken. Het beschikt over granieten toonbanken in de keuken, roestvrijstalen apparaten (bereik, ingebouwde oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine en waterdispenser), en een wasmachine en droger op het terrein. Eigenschap beschikt over bijgewerkte vensters overal!

Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. Wekelijks en nachtelijk all-inclusive tarief zonder extra belastingen boven wat wordt vermeld! Geweldige waarde op een geweldige locatie!

Eenheid slaapt maximaal 5. Er is een queen size bed in de slaapkamer en twee uitklapbare slaapbanken in de woonkamer: een queen size en een twin size. Keuken is voorzien van standaard kookgerei, potten en pannen, bestek, kopjes, borden, koffiezetapparaat, mixer en een broodrooster. Enorme eetkamer met tafel en stoelen. Er is een BBQ, tafel en stoelen op het dek. Kabel-tv en WiFi zijn inbegrepen. Parkeren op straat is mogelijk. Stranduitrusting (stoelen, surfplanken, fietsen, enz.) Verhuur is beschikbaar op 15th Street Surf Shop minder dan een blok verderop.

We had an amazing stay at this home just off 16th! The location was unbeatable as it was close to the sand and a short walk to our favorite places - Seaside Donuts, Pipeline, and Bonzai. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, easy access, and grill on the patio. It was quiet without being too far away from the pier. Matt the host was responsive, friendly, and made everything a breeze. Amazing as always

Matt's property is never anything less than exceptional. We had an amazing 10 days just lounging at the beach and enjoying the peaceful comforts of the house. As always, Matt provides plenty of beach essentials to make the trip more comfortable. We enjoyed having such a selection of puzzles, games and novels......and the bed is the most comfortable thing you will ever sleep on. Cant wait to come back next year.

Wonderful Location

Our family loved staying at Matt’s place. Matt is very responsive, communicative, and the check-in process is easy. We’ve stayed at several places throughout the peninsula and thought this unit wss in a perfect location - far enough away from the pier to avoid the craziness but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes. The place itself is cozy, quaint, and comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We were easily able to attend an Angels game and take the kids to Disneyland. We hope to return in the future!

Awesome beach house

This charming house is the perfect location for exploring the balboa peninsula on foot or bikes! Beautiful views front and back, the bay at night is magic, walking the beach in the morning to get donuts even better! Having a place to park and keep bikes is priceless! Clean too, sheets, bedding all the good stuff for being comfy and suprisingly quiet at night for being right in the middle of all the lovely beach things!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach. We loved the location. It was quiet with a beautiful bay view and mini ocean view, the spacious patio and furniture, the full kitchen, the large screen TV and fun fireplace. The king size bed is perfect. Vacation Paradise

The location is perfect. We walked every where from pier tp pier to Lido. Steps away from the beach and across the street from the lighthouse restaurant and marina park. Very comfortable bed. Nice cross breeze from front to back. Large deck. All the amenities you could ask for. If you want to cook. Or grill. But many restaurants options are close. Garage parking was a blessing. Great place to enjoy Newport Beach

Our family of five, including three kids aged 7 to 12, absolutely loved the apartment. Its prime location, just steps away from the beach and the Marina park playground, was perfect for us.
