    PARKING: 1 ruimte in gedeelde garage voor 2 wagens. Past op de meeste voertuigmaten. Toegankelijk via achtersteeg; Beschikbare buurtparkeren op straat kan ook worden gebruikt (gemeten en niet-gemeten).
    WASSERIJ: Gedeelde gratis voorzieningen bevinden zich in de garage. Gasten moeten voorraden leveren.
    LOCATIE: Gloednieuw Marina Park ligt op slechts 1/2 blok afstand - een plaatselijke favoriet, waaronder een fantastische speeltuin aan de baai, het Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board en zeilbootverhuur; de historische Newport Pier, restaurants en winkels in overvloed; en het strand aan de overkant van Balboa Blvd.!

    OPMERKING: De achterste bovenverdieping studio-eenheid kan ook gelijktijdig worden geboekt (indien beschikbaar) voor maximaal 12 personen. gasten op het gehele terrein. Zie aparte lijst of bel ons kantoor voor meer informatie.

The unit is centrally located to all popular attractions in Orange County (short drive) Walking distance to restaurants and bars for college students and older adults. Unit was clean, beds and couch comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house near the beach!

Our family of six had a wonderful time staying at this house. It's close to the bay and the beach. The beds were comfy, and property management was very quick to respond to minor issue we had with one of the bathrooms. I highly recommend it!

Great location in Newport

Small but well appointed and near Lido and the Marina Park which is great for families traveling with children. The home was clean and comfortable, the only complaint that we had was the lack of proper blinds in bedrooms which might wake light sleepers earlier than desired.

Location location location!

Excellent location, the calmness of the bay one side and the excitement of the waves the other. The road outside is very busy, which didn't bother us but might for someone with small children. The queen beds were quite small and we could really have done with air condition as at one point the house was showing 92 mid day, but despite these minor issues I would still come back.

Property was just as described. Super easy check-in & check out process. There were 4 beach chairs available for us to use which was super convenient. Finding a parking spot for our extra vehicle was easy. 1block from the beach. Convenience store on the corner. Restaurants & shops all walking distance. We are definitely returning!

Amazing Location

We stayed as a family group of three adults and three teen girls. We were visiting a family member who lives locally. The location is amazing! Easy walks to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and only two blocks from the local 7-11. The house was as advertised and quite comfortable. When we had a minor issue with one of the appliances, the management was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved the issue. Although the space was tight, it was fabulous to have garage access for our vehicle. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

just steps to the beach

This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms I felt it was very spacious for our family of four. Location is great literally just steps to the beach. The street in front of the house is quite busy and cars drive very fast down it so with people with young kids would definitely want to keep an eye out if they're out in the front patio. I think everything went really great, and I would recommend this place. The response time for their customer service team was very quick and offered multiple options to correct a very small issue that we had.

It's very run down and dirty! Carpets are filthy, floors feel sticky, walls/doors dung up, sectional is filthy with an ill fitting cover...over all pretty bad. Kitchen has most of what you need but the cheapest junk possible. No spatula, no teaspoons and only 4 cereal sized bowls for 6 people. The exterior fences are literally about to fall over and the entire exterior is dirty too. It was disappointing because the photos look good...its much smaller and much more run down and dingy than the photos show. The positive was the management company and processes were smooth and we had a quick response when the internet wasn't working properly. It gets hot too but I expected that, what I didn't expect was our feet to turn black if you don't wear shoes inside from the filthy carpet and cheap plastic like floor. I will not rent this unit again.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and in a great location. It’s an older house that can use a few repairs and improvements. But I’m glad we were able to find this ground level place for my elderly mom. There are no steps which was perfect for my elderly mom. Just a note that the house next door leaves their outdoor lights on all night so the bedroom with the king bed is not completely dark at night. The vertical blinds can’t completely block out light.

Good communication and overall lovely

Great location. It was an easy walk to the McFadden area which has great restaurants, coffee, the pier, the farmers market on Sunday, bike rental shops, etc. Easy check-in process. Good communication prior to checking in. Good communication when someone was stopping by to fix a screen. Minor things: I wish the mattresses weren't so noisy. I felt like my husband woke up every time I rolled over so I didn't sleep well as I felt bad moving. Also, I wish the garage was a little deeper for parking, but they did tell us ahead of time what the dimensions were so they are upfront. Overall a nice stay.

Great Vacation Rental

Great vacation rental for our family including 2 little ones. Listing is as pictured, great location, kitchen stocked well, room are good size, spacious floor plan, good breeze/airflow, very clean. Everything is on 1st floor, no stairs & great enclosed patio area. We were able to walk to Newport pier area & Marina Park easily. Would stay here again if guaranteed to park on right side of garage. 2 issues: FYI all three bedrooms have flimsy thin vertical blinds that don’t do well blocking the sun. I’m sure this is a concern for others, especially traveling with little kids so hopefully management installs some blackout curtains(cheap fix on Amazon). I had to bring my own portable ones. Also, the parking is a shared side by side enclosed 2 car garage. Listing has length listed at 19ft which is incorrect(it’s probably more like 16ft.) Our car measures 18ft and did not fit due to a washer & dryer in left side of garage which is the bottom units parking. I immediately notified management who told me to contact upstairs unit to see if we could swap parking spots to right side which we would fit into or find street parking(not fun with little kids on busy streets, plus I specifically measured my car & picked this rental for the garage parking because parking in Newport is terrible). Thankfully the upstairs unit people had a small car that fit in my spot on the left so we swapped. I’d stay here again if I could park in the spot on the right for upstairs unit.

Broken and very dirty!

Checking in was the only thing that went smooth. After a long drive the first thing I find i was a broken bathroom window. (Taped together and wouldn't stay up.) And the bathroom cabinet was broken, and had the doors glued shut which someone before us had pulled open. (Which the maintenance guy knew about, because he was the one who glued it closed.) You can buy a new cabinet from Ikea for cheap. We knew there was no air conditioning but was told there were 3 portable fans. (That only 1 worked.) Fans are also cheap. So the only way to cool off the house was to open the windows. Which one of the bedroom windows didn't even have a screen on it. When I call the managers office (BeachView) to voice my concerns and asked if maintenance could came take a look. I was told three different things by three different agents. It seemed to me there was no communication between each other and maintenance. I even told the last agent I was going to write a bad review. Don't think she cared. When maintenance finally got there the next day they told us the window and screen were on order and would be fixed and installed when they received them. I can go to Home Depot and buy windows and screens and they can be installed in a few hours. The toaster oven in the kitchen barely worked. Toasters are also cheap. The house was dirty especially the couch. I even pulled gum out of one of the bedroom carpets. I was very very disappointed. I won't ever stay with BeachView again. With the rates you charged you should be able to do basic up keep. We have been taking our vacation in Newport Beach for over 20 years and have not had this bad of an experience ever before. I'm wonder if we'll stay with Vrbo again. My wife doesn't think this will do any good but thanks for listening anyways.

Prefect Beach Getaway

This property provided us with everything we needed and was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.
