Deze uitzonderlijk schone unit is onlangs opgewaardeerd met een nieuwe volledig uitgeruste keuken met nieuwe kasten, granieten werkbladen en apparatuur. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers (douche en bad), krachtige wasmachine en droger, ruimte voor 2 auto's in de garage voor 4 wagens, snel internet, flatscreen-tv's, stereosysteem, enz. De bovenste eenheid heeft een balkon met zeezicht en de onderste eenheid heeft een patio. met minstens 10 stoelen en 2 tafels. Het pand is een duplex en degene die hier wordt vermeld, is de lagere eenheid die op korte termijn en wekelijks van zaterdag tot zaterdag van juni tot augustus huurt. De bovenste unit is even groot en verhuurt een huurcontract van 9 maanden van half september tot half juni. Het is wekelijks beschikbaar in de eerste week van juni. The heart of Newport Beach

The property was just as advertised, well-furnished, clean, full of amenities including a garage which was a huge plus as on-street parking can be limited. We had everything we needed and wanted, including a washer & dryer. The only detraction was not being able to access the property until later than promised due to late cleaning. We would happily return.

Familial Coastal Cottage

Incredible house, especially for longer stays or with family/larger groups! The upstairs downstairs areas make this house perfect for spreading out groups. The amenities were numerous, with every imaginable kitchen appliance, from spices to bakewear, to the assortment of bikes, boards, and water toys, creating numerous activity options both inside and around the house..House is very clean, has a garage and both host are very helpful with any questions you might have. Right of the beach within walking distance to Lido Penisula

The beach house stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed available to use such as beach towels and toys, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, and ziplock bags. It was well stocked with everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach and restaurants! It was a perfect place for a vacation!

A SoCal Paradise

We have stayed in Newport beach on a number of occasions and found Joan and Joe's property to be the most comfortable with the best location; especially for a family of 4. Close enough to hear the surf at night but far enough away to not hear the cars and surfers at the pier. Joe was quick respond when I had a question. We loved the front porch and umbrellas and the convenience of a two car garage. We look forward to another stay in 2026.

Great Beach House

Our stay at Newport Beach was fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and homey. Joe and Joan are excellent hosts and have the garage stocked with everything you need for the beach!! Just a 60 second walk to the sand. The place was perfect for our family of 5. We hope to come back next year for a longer stay.

We love this place, this is our second stay

The garage parking is so nice to have. They have it stocked with everything you need for the beach! They have towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys bikes! It’s perfect. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy and it has a new washer and drying in the house. The location can’t be beat. The beach is 7 houses away from the beach and close to everything you want, restaurants, shops and the pier. It sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep 8 will the couch. Having 2 bathrooms is very nice too.

Wonderful place to stay!

The communication between Joe, Joan and our family was so helpful! They went out of their way to accommodate and offer suggestions on restaurants etc. Their place was also so beautifully well kept as well as so well supplied with household items I was even able to make an Easter dinner for my family using a crock pot. And in being so close to the pier , restaurants, shopping and within steps to the beach our vacation was very relaxing! We are so grateful for them and their place!
