  • Dit onlangs gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd duplex ligt op slechts 5 huizen uit het zand!
    Boven unit heeft 1 koning slaapkamer, 2 queen slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, een grote woonkamer met open haard, eetkamer, en een complete keuken.
    Groot balkon is bereikbaar vanaf deze eenheid, die chaise lounges en stoelen.
    Wasmachine en droger is beschikbaar voor beide eenheden aan de zijkant van het huis.
    De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel met gezellige beddengoed en featherbeds en donzen dekbedden. Comfortabel slapen is een must voor onze familie. De badkamer arrangement is ongebruikelijk omdat elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen bad / douche en de bovenverdieping heeft een extra complete badkamer waardoor het 3 slaapkamers met 4 badkamers, met inbegrip van een jacuzzi in de master.

    Deze eigenschap is dicht bij alles wat je zou willen voor het gebied. Het strand is een korte 1/2 blok (50 YDS), supermarkt is een wandeling, fietstocht weg. Fietsverhuur is 1 blok, restaurants en winkels is een wandeling langs de promenade, die we dagelijks genieten van toen we daar zijn.

Perfect beach getaway

This is everything the listing says that it is, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the owner was very responsive and and the location is perfect. I highly recommend for anyone considering a Newport Beach getaway.

Property and location were perfect. Very nice apartment decorated nicely and everyone having their own bathroom was a bonus. Keurig coffee maker with pods was a special treat. Kitchen needs a few additional items. More cutlery, there was only enough for 4 and additional coffee cups. Other than that, all was great!Thank you!

Perfect weekend stay!

The unit is adorable and set up perfectly. We took my son and 3 friends for his 16 birthday. All amenities were wonderful. The couch is different than in the photos but it still fit us all fine. Loved having the master on one end of the unit and the other rooms on the other. Quiet neighborhood just close enough and just far enough away from the busy of the beach. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great location and condo!

The condo had most everything we needed. It could use some more kitchen supplies (like a casserole dish and salad bowl) but if you don’t plan to make meals, it wouldn’t be a big deal. We planned to make our meals at the condo so not having these items made things difficult. The 4th bathroom was a bonus and the beach was only steps away. We liked that it had a fireplace and heating/air. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway and great location

We had such a terrific stay!! It helped that the weather was amazing while we were there… The owner, Tim, was quick to respond to all of my questions before I decided to book, as well as after I booked, sending an email with clear instructions for check-in the day prior.Everything is pretty accurate in the description of the place. It was very clean & pretty roomy for our party of 6. There’s both a full-sized coffee maker & a Keurig coffee maker to brew a single cup, though surprisingly there were not many coffee mugs to use. Not sure if they somehow wandered off to the downstairs unit or not but we just bought disposable hot cups to use. We had access to garage parking & there was also parking on the street though timing is everything. There were PLENTY of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys & buckets for little ones, spike ball (though the actual ball to the game was missing) as well as a wagon to use if needed. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach so you could easily run up to the house to go to the bathroom (there are 4!!) or grab anything you may have forgotten.We walked to the Newport Pier every day that we were there, so it wasn’t too far. We also rented bikes for a half day and found the house to be pretty equidistant to Balboa & Huntington Beach.I highly recommend this place for your small group! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the balcony & the gas grill to cook up a nice dinner, so hopefully we’ll be back!

Friends Getaway

Wonderful Weekend in Newport Beach

Incredibly located rental home that is a two-minute walk to the beach. The rental was clean, well-stocked, and Tim was an incredible host. He even went the extra mile to return ship an article of clothing that I left!

Wonderful place close to the beach for 3 couples.

We loved the location b/c we could walk down the beach to restaurants/bars as well as a nice groceries store. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the living room/dinning room were comfortable. We're from NoCal, and we missed A/C a bit, but would stay again.

Cozy beachhouse

This was perfect for my family of 6 especially having 4 bathrooms. It was spacious, updated and steps away from the beach. I had one of the best experiences checking in and the responsiveness from the property manager. I would rent any property managed by Tim as he made sure our stay was perfect.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a great time! Tim is a gracious host and communication was quick and seamless. The duplex was sparkling clean, the beach was super close and stores and restaurants were conveniently located.

Excellent stay! Excellent location!

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved every minute of the stay at this perfect beach getaway. Great location to the sand, great parking, and Tim was great in communicating every step of the way. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Location, Space and Owner/Manager.

You will be delighted to be so close to the beach. It's just a block away and the property has everything you need to enjoy it. The bedrooms are lovely and well cleaned. The kitchen is well equipped as are the bathrooms for your basic needs. The space is large enough for at least 6 (3 couples or a family) and we were only three so had plenty of extra space. The owner and manager are very kind and helpful throughout If especially needing a break form the pandemic and fires. - you can't go wrong with choosing the great get away !

Memorial Day fun!

We had a wonderful time, the property was everything that had been posted and Tim was very responsive through the entire process. The location is very convenient being only five homes away from the beach, we couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you Tim!

Clean and conveniently located

My husband and I and two other couples enjoyed our stay at this property. It was one of very few at this price that had three bedrooms with king or queen beds and en suite bathrooms (the master bedroom actually has two bathrooms!). The house is one block from the amazing beach and has plenty of chairs and beach towels.
