This 1-bedroom suite is perfect for a small family or a couple`s getaway, comfortably accommodating 2 adults and up to 2 children. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the living room offers a pullout couch that coverts into a double bed.

For larger groups or multi-family vacations, there are three other oceanfront units available in the same building. Whether you`re planning a romantic escape or a family vacation, this location offers the perfect setting.

If you`ve ever been to the area, you likely know parking can be a hassle. This unit comes with a reserved parking spot on-site.

**PLEASE READ**
- This unit does not have air conditioning, as is common for most oceanfront properties in Newport Beach. The refreshing sea breeze and the floor fans in the unit should keep you cool throughout your stay
- Absolutely no smoking on the premises. Guests will be charged a minimum of $500 for a violation of this policy.
- Access to this second-floor unit DOES require climbing stairs. All lower units are accessible from the front of the building without any stairs.
- This unit is located in a 10-unit apartment building with other tenants and guests. Although we encourage all guests to be mindful of their volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely quiet stay.
- Beach chairs will not be offered on a first come first serve basis. They are located on the shared deck space in the plastic bin.
