Het huis heeft 1 kingsize bed, 1 stapelbed (volledig aan de onderkant, eenpersoons aan de bovenkant) en een uittrekbare bank. Deze bijgewerkte woning wordt geleverd met een SMART TV, WiFi, Propaan BBQ, wasmachine en droger (gedeeld), strand / badhanddoeken, boogieplanken, strandstoelen / speelgoed / paraplu en 2 fietsen.

Deze woning is centraal gelegen op 15th Street tussen de pieren van Balboa en Newport Beach. U kunt vanuit ons huis wandelen of fietsen naar elke plek op het schiereiland. Het beste ding over deze locatie is dat je op 5-15 minuten lopen bent naar meer dan 20+ restaurants, winkels, de balboa-funzone, bootverhuur, allemaal tijdens je verblijf op het strand.

Voor degenen onder u met kinderen, Balboa Park ligt aan de overkant van de baai waardoor dit huis een ideale locatie voor gezinnen is.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Aufenthalt war gut, vor allem die Lage. Das Haus selbst ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen u d hat schon einige Schäden. Besonders Türen und Fenster gehören dringend überarbeitet. In Summe ziemlich viele Mängel bei sattem Preis. Der gleiche Vermieter/Betreiber hat während des Aufenthalts das Nach Verhaus mit Bihrhämmern bearbeiten lassen, ohne Vorwarnung oder Entschuldigung oder Entschuldigung bei vollem Preis! In Summe kein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. An sich hätte es so schnell sein können. Schade

Relaxing weekend on the beach

Our family was in town for an event and extended the weekend for some relaxing time on the beach. Location was perfect, small farmers market walking distance on Sunday, 24/7 fresh donut shop down a few blocks away and an upscale steakhouse. Perfect getaway with amazing beach sunsets.

Great location but subpar house

Obviously, the location is awesome! And the price was much more affordable than most houses right on the beach. I knew from reviews and price point that the house wouldn’t be ideal. The garage is almost unacceptable with how tight the parking is. We managed but it was super stressful each time. We have some young children so when we saw that the banister and stairway wasn’t up to code and that it was a hazard for our kids, that was frustrating. We had cold weather during our stay and unfortunately the heater is super noisy at night and would wake us all up. Lastly, because we were so cold in the house, I wanted to get some help working the fireplace but nobody ever got back to me when I tried to reach out.

Great location on the beach

We stayed here 2 days after Disney for a short beach vacation. The place was very clean and decorated with a cute beach vibe. We were steps from the sand and enjoyed the bikes provided. We had everything we need. There was one small problem with the showerhead, but the host responded immediately and there was someone there within the hour to fix it. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend this location and this place. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing location

The property is very nice with everything we needed. Great parking. Absolutely loved the fireplace! Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Dog friendly. Beach was beautiful. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We will definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful place

We had a fantastic mini-vacation with our 5 kids. The view was beautiful and the place was quite clean. Communication and check in went very smoothly. I only gave it 4 stars for two reasons: 1) there were a few dirty dishes in the oven and cabinets 2) We were only provided one kitchen towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth when there were 7 of us staying Other than those two things, our stay was really great! We would stay here again for sure!

Unit requires a lot of maintenance. Screen missing from north front window. Large fan in master was broke, but two others worked okay. This left the living room and 2nd bedroom without fans so could only use two in the master. Garage door broken upon arrival, Fixed a couple days later, but annoying we had to manually operate the door for 2 days. Kitchen plates, utencils, and kitchen wear needs to be updated with larger bowls and new items from the 2010's or later. Bed had sand in sheets. Upon day of checkout, the cleaning services came into unit at 8:20am when check out was supposed to be 10am. Felt rushed to get out as fast as we could so left at 9am because they wanted to clean. Location was very nice, but the Unit is in need of a complete refresh. Also, the 2nd bedroom mattress is a futon, not a real mattress. I don't think this unit was work the price we paid unless it goes through a complete refresh. Then it would be worth it. Overall, we are happy with our stay and enjoyed ourselves, even though we thought it was substandard to the expectations of the online information.

Charming! Exactly what a beach house should be!

Location is amazing. You can walk to everything. Views of the ocean from most of the house. Property was super clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Parking spot provided. Of note, bring the smallest vehicle you have, it’s tight, which it normal for the beach properties. Loved it so much we already looked to book it again.

Enjoyed the beach with my kids staying here

Kids and I stayed here for three nights and thought this place was great! The view was awesome and we thought staying right on the beach added to our experience. We’d never been to the area and this location worked well to see everything. The place is a bit outdated for the appliances and bedding, but that didn’t bother us. We also liked being on the second level and being above the busy boardwalk just out the door. It was also nice and quiet at night, except the sound of the waves!

Great location! Had to call to get towels. Sent photos of the dirt and dust at property and the property manager stated beach front gets dirty faster plus it was an older and cheaper property. Yep, I like a clean house especially at $500+ a night.

Steps from the sand which is great. You may want to bring your own bath towels (old beach towels were available). Sadly, we had significant noise issues late at night which the property manager dealt with after other renters complained and left. I wish we had known who was causing the noise sooner. It wasn’t the managers fault but it impacted our stay.

Great and relaxing stay!

We had a relaxing stay and loved the location! the place was super cute and clean had everything we would needed for the stay. The beds were comfortable and we walked to local restaurant and biked the beach. We couldn’t park in garage because we had big suv but we parked on street no problem by house.

Had a great time, everything went better than expected except all our bikes got stolen the last night. We had 4 bikes locked to the palm trees out front and someone cut the cable and got all 4 bikes. Bummer way to end the trip, just a heads up for future guests

This property is in the best location! The view of the ocean, hearing the waves crash, and being able to walk right onto the beach make this a great place to stay. It was so nice to be able to use the bikes provided to ride everywhere and we enjoyed the boogie, paddle boards, and beach chairs. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon!
