Complete with private parking, elevator, brand new appliances/fast WiFi, and air conditioning, our home has everything one might need and is only 7 minutes walking from the beach. Restaurants, shops, bars, and more abound within walking distance in charming Corona del Mar.

Guests will love how spacious the home is, with plenty of space for everyone! Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, separated from the third floor master bedroom (looking out toward the coast with ensuite bathroom) by the main kitchen and living area.

There is truly no comparison to this brand new structure in Newport Beach - save for our sister unit next door, which can be rented together for groups larger than 6 or 7.

Exceptional location, wonderful residence, top-flight communication.

Everything involving our stay went as expected. The owner was in contact with us from day 1 to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A couple of minor issues were taken care of immediately, and we had an excellent stay. Would gladly stay here again - super comfy beds, top-flight designer kitchen, extremely convenient underground parking. Can't recommend highly enough!

Corona Del Mar townhouse

This home was beautiful, very clean and new, the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable, but it worked for the few days we were there. The beds were comfortable and I liked how each room had black out shades over the windows. The only thing I wish I knew was that the busy street was the only view from the home, and the homes was right on the street. It wasn’t very relaxing. But the home was in a GREAT location as far as walking to shops and the beach!

Newport Beach stay

The management was responsive throughout our stay, however, we had quite a few issues. There was no doorknob on the front door the entire stay so we had to go through the garage/basement to get in and out and never knew if the front door was locked. They did send a locksmith but they said they couldn’t fix it. The elevator stopped working at one point, but again, they came to fix it. The air conditioning also stopped working our last day/ night there,- I texted asking about it in the evening but never got a response until we were checking out and I followed up. Another weird thing was that on our last day of our stay, the management texted me saying they brought over sheets but didn’t let me know prior to coming or ask if they could which just generally made me uncomfortable that someone entered while we were there and I didn’t know. Overall, the management was responsive and helpful but it was really frustrating feeling like I had to constantly text with an issue.
