Onze voorste eenheid, 1 slaapkamer / 1 badkamer eenheid is de perfecte plek voor een single, stel of klein gezin om Newport Beach uit de eerste hand te ervaren, zonder de bank te verbreken. Met het hele jaar door beschikbaarheid, is elk detail mooi ingericht: de woonkamer / eetkamer / keuken is ruim met veel natuurlijk licht en alle comfort van thuis. Maar het beste van alles is de grote patio en de nabijheid - 200 meter - van het zeer populaire 35th Street-strand op het schiereiland Newport: een plaatselijke favoriet! Dit is wat je zult vinden:

WASSERIJ: Er zijn geen wasfaciliteiten aangewezen voor deze unit; er is echter een handige wasserette 5 korte blokken verderop.

LOCATIE: Newport Beach is de belangrijkste vakantiebestemming in Zuid-Californië. Met een van de beste recreatieve havens en stranden die de wereld te bieden heeft. We loved the beach cottage we stayed in the week of 2/13 - 2/19. It is in a convenient location to the beach and all the activities going on there plus necessities like a great grocery store nearby . The cottage is in pristine condition offering all the amenities anyone could want for a fun vacation.

Charming, chic, clean beach cottage! Can see beach from front patio. Easy walk to both beach and boardwalk with shops, restaurants, bars. Did not need a car at all.Well-equipped kitchen when we just wanted to cook a bit or enjoy take-out. Host communication best I've ever experienced! Would give that a 10! The slightest question or concern was responded to and taken care of immediately.Will definitely book again!

VERY NOISY

I stay in hotels and/or VRBO’s on average of once a month all over the country and this place had more noise and disturbance from the upstairs tenant than I have ever experienced. It would start at 4:40 AM and wouldn’t stop until 10:00 at night. It was very disappointing because I was traveling for work and needed to get some sleep. I also had my 1 year old son and spouse with me so they barely slept due to the noise as well. I kindly asked the management company to address the issue and they just kept saying they would speak to the upstairs tenant / owner but the noise never stopped over a 5 day period. If you are strictly there to party and play loud music then this is the place for you, otherwise I would stay someplace more updated that doesn’t have upstairs neighbors literally dragging furniture or God knows what across the hard wood floors above the whole downstairs unit.

Cute little house

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The location, the home, and the amenities were all great. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the mattress. We slept terrible, it was so lumpy. I've honestly never slept on a worse mattress in my life. An upgrade to the mattress is definitely needed.

First floor of a small, one bedroom bungalow just two blocks to the beach in a very quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a couple. Close to excellent grocery store. Beach towels and beach chairs provided and good, working bbq.

This was our second time booking this property for our summer getaway to Newport. It works well for a small toddler and couple. The home is clean, cute, walking distance to everything you want to do in Newport, and parking was easy to find on the street. We highly recommend booking!!

Left wanting more

While this house isn't the most expensive house on the block it wasn't cheap by any means. Cons: No ceiling fans in the house. For an area known for no AC having no ceiling fans is a problem. There are 3 floor fans that barely do anything. It was so muggy in the house. Even with all windows and doors open. The worst part is both the living room and bedroom could have fans. The power is there. The floors are very dirty. After about 5 mins our feet were black. The rug in the living room isn't the same as the picture. The current one is made out of the same material outdoor furniture is. My kid scraped his knee on the rug multiple times. Bad enough to bleed. The kitchen is nice but there are a lot of issues. One fridge door hits the wall one hits the oven door. You can only open them about 45% of the way. air and water filter need replacing Can't open the microwave door all the way. Hits the stove. The BBQ has a burner on the side that is falling off The owner lives up stairs and tends to move his furniture around a lot for some reason? He also has a small dog that yaps at people walking by. Woke me up at 6am. The Wi-Fi isn't very strong. The TV won't really connect. The only streaming option that works is Netflix and just barely Pros: Close to the beach Nice patio

Perfect location in Newport!

Our family had an amazing time at this beach house! A very quick walk with the kids to the beach, great beach for little ones! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, coffee pot and filters, even dishes for the kids! The neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great location, great house!! My only tips, in this particular house, rent the rollaway twins, because the mats weren't comfortable for my kiddos. For older kids or adults, I wouldn't even attempt not renting them, The included floor fans really helped us with weekend night noise. Ask about any construction in the area, immediately across the street in front of the house, an entire house was gutted and being worked on early morning throughout the entire day on week days. We were gone during the day, but mornings and dinner time were noisy. 10/10 would stay here again. Hopefully construction is done next time we visit! Thank you Newport Beach!!

I thought the property was very nice. Just one suggestion..it would be great if you could provide instructions for the TV. Also if you would let visitors know what streaming services are available and how to access them. Also the heating unit in the back of the rental is a little sketchy. It was making a banging noise so I just didn’t use it.
