The space was clean, spacious and in the perfect location. The write-up and related photos were accurate. The shared space was great for hanging out, doing puzzles, watching movies; and the rooftop deck provided a beautiful view of the sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation in Newport.
We decided to do a short family vacation before the summer season. The apartment was perfect for our family. The roof deck is spectacular and nice for enjoying your morning coffee. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. The house had all the essentials and the bathrooms had the basic toiletries. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice living room for family games. The shop keepera below the apartment were friendly and we loved the keyless entry to the apartment. My only regret is that we did not stay longer.

This home was great for our party of three couples spending New Years Eve weekend in Newport. The bedrooms are very roomy and we all had our own bathroom. The showers have wonderful body wash and high end shampoo/conditioners. The kitchen is stocked with two coffee makers including K-cups. The table in the kitchen is a bit small for 6 people , but if you stay here in the summer months you will be able to enjoy the larger table on the rooftop deck.The location is right on Thames St in the heart of fun shops and restaurants. If you stay in the lower bedrooms you may want to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud noises at night. The unit was very clean when we arrived (although we found someone’s clothes in the nightstand as we were departing). Overall, we found the beds to be very comfortable, the showers were great, and we loved the convenience of walking to shops and restaurants. We did have to find parking down the road for one of the cars we took. We couldn’t find long term parking, just had to keep feeding the meter every 12 hours or so. Newport is a great place to visit any time of year… lots of history, culture , shopping and great for foodies!

A Gem in the Heart of Newport
What a gorgeous place to stay… even in the rain! So many fun places to explore living right on Thames st. Having off street parking was key (1 spot). The home was clean and exactly as described. You mush be able to tolerate stairs. And heights! the view is great on the roof top. A comfortable place to sit and visit with family or friends. I highly recommend.

We were in Newport this weekend for my brother’s wedding. This was a perfect place for us to stay! The beds were huge and comfy. There was tons of space for my daughters to run and crawl around and it was so nice to have the roof top deck. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a big group or family :)

Great location!
Our family of six adults stayed here for a long weekend and had a great trip! The location cannot be beat- it was extremely walkable in the heart of downtown Newport. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. The common area was large and a great place for all of us to gather. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is lovely and spacious but the rooftop sitting area is the icing on the cake. Our group enjoyed morning coffee and sunset views. The furnishings are comfortable and the location is within easy walking distance to the Cliff Walk as well as all that the Thames St area has to offer.

Four of us (two couples) had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice, clean, and had everything you need. Bedrooms are very private for two or 3 couples - each having their own private bath/suite. Kitchen and living space had all the amenities you need in a nice bright space with lots of windows over looking thames street. Roof deck was very cool but we didn’t have time or the right weather to use it. Couldn’t ask for a better location for walking access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

My friends and I have been coming to Newport for a few years now and have stayed at different locations in the town. We will definitely choose this rental again! We loved it. It was a great location, and was cozy with a huge living area for all of us to sit and relax. We couldn’t beat the price!!

This property is in an absolutely fantastic location in the Newport area, easy walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment. It sits above a barbershop and small store with a liquor store catty corner and lots of little shops spread around. two of the bedrooms have connected baths, the third bedroom also has a connected bath that shares with the hall way. The third bedroom is less private, it has barn doors and glass windows from the family room. The upstairs deck has great views and a wonderful spot to hang out, be very careful on the stairs however as they are a bit steep for anyone who is not sure footed. We truly loved our stay here, the only item we were a bit leery of was a back stairwell to a door that went outside. The first morning we woke up there the door was a jar as if someone had entered. To be fair, we were all safe and we’re not aware of anyone entering and there is a door to one of the bedrooms that does lock to that hallway however it did make us a little bit uncomfortable. As we weren’t aware of it nor where we where a few may have access to it. To be clear, we did not have any issue occur but did cause some concern.

The place could use some TLC and updating but otherwise it is a huge space in a great location. It definitely served its purpose. Pictures are exactly what you get. Rooms are big. Kitchen is old and so are the bathrooms. Great AC for a hot weekend. Note that there is only 1 parking spot and Newport is very crowded in the summer if you are with a group of people who have multiple cars that could be very challenging.

This place was so clean & Huge that we should have invited another couple! There was multiple bedrooms and bathrooms along with an amazing roof top deck to watch the sunset over the water! Although the cabinet above kitchen sink was broken & the tv didn’t have cable or directions to use the Remote, otherwise we loved it. Just a short walk to our Favorite restaurant DIEGO’s and ice cream shops! My Wife & I can’t wait to stay here again!

Prime location for Newport!
Absolute perfect location for Newport. We were walking distance (few minutes walk) between all the best restaurants and with water views. Roof top deck is amazing. Additional parking across the street if needed for additional cars for a great overnight rate and at a beautiful lot at the Marina. 3 large beds in the 3 rooms that fit 6 of us girls so comfortably. Property manager was incredibly responsive and responded to every message within minutes. It was a great experience.

Stayed here for a wedding on Goat Island. Overall it was perfect for us location and space wise. There is only one parking spot which is tricky but was able to park at a private residence across the street for a nominal fee. The owner of the store below was helpful. The door code listed was not accurate and the keypad is very sensitive so it took some practice. It can be very noisy but that is the same for all properties on Thames so is a given. Kevin responded promptly to questions and concerns.

We had a nice stay at this condo. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and each has their own bathroom. Terrific location to the shops and restaurants! The host Kevin provided breakfast foods and snacks which was much appreciated! He was also very responsive to questions we had. There are quite a few stairs in this unit so need to be able to do stairs.

The property owner was very easy to communicate and left us some snacks and breakfast upon our arrival. The location is awesome, but know that it is very loud at night with people going/ coming from the bars. I recommend bringing ear plugs! But you really can’t beat the ease of the location being in the heart of downtown. The house itself left little to be desired. It was quite bare with a strange layout. Unfortunately only one of the 3 showers we could really use, as one shower was a teeny space and the other had these mats covering a shower floor with some mold/ mildew. The towels were also so small they would only cover your upper or lower half. Additionally, there was a funny smell in the property that did not go away even after we aired it out.

We were so happy with the location of the house. The rooftop deck is a great place to drink a coffee and people watch. My husband and I walked every morning and evening and the sights were always amazing. Our teenage daughters with friends loved the spacious rooms and private bathrooms. We enjoyed allowing them to walk Thames Street and still have the ability to watch them from the rooftop. Kevin was so accommodating with snacks, breakfast foods, and answering my questions quickly. There are a lot of stairs so it isn't for the faint of heart. I would book again in the future. GREAT LOCATION!

Easy, was given wrong door code and WiFi code by VRBO, but fortunately Kevin got us correct info and very quickly! There were lots os steps so if you are older or have issues climbing steps this is not the place for you!

First off, let me start by saying I am not one of these crazy people who relishes in writing nasty reviews, that is not my intent. However, after such a horrible experience, I feel compelled to write this, and even waited in the hopes that the owner would make things right, unfortunately, he never did. My husband and I rented this apartment last fall (Sept), however, due to the condition of the apt., and false advertising, we only stayed one night. We had intended to host two other couples for four nights. First of all, 80% of the pictures shown on VRBO are not accurate, this is deceptive. Secondly, the posting shows the name, Tracey Moore. Not sure who she is, but I believe maybe she is the previous owner. The house was purchased by Kevin Sullivan at some point, who has not updated any of the pictures to accurately reflect the condition and changed furniture of this apartment. The roof deck has none of the furniture shown on line, there are a couple ripped/dirty couches and pillows. The internet was spotty and I specifically asked the owner to ensure the TV was working as we had intended to watch the opening Pat's game. The couch is not the same as in the picture, and all of the furniture would not accommodate six adults. The TV is also not the same, it is smaller and did not work properly due to the internet issues. The rooms all had portable AC units which had caked on dust and mold on the back. The cleanliness was not at all up to COVID standards, which at the time was a requirement. There were holes in the walls and clearly the place needed some TLC. Maybe there have been some improvements since last fall, but based on some other reviews, it doesn't seem so. Because my husband has allergies, we knew we could not stay here due to the dust and mold. Although the owner said he would come and clean the A/C units, there were so many other inaccuracies of what was posted on line, versus what the place really was, that we knew it would not accommodate our guests. One of the huge attractions was the roof top deck, which none of the furniture posted on line exists. Needless to say, it took months to try and recoup any of our money. In the end, we lost money. After countless requests, the owner refused to provide an explanation on what he reimbursed us versus what we were owed. The positives of this place is the location, which is great. But the cost far exceeds what you get especially how noisy it is being right on Thames.
