Ons prachtige huis is onlangs gerenoveerd met alle high-end op maat gemaakt, eigentijds design. Geen detail gemist inclusief topklasse apparaten.

Bij binnenkomst biedt deze unieke renovatie onmiddellijk alle soorten oogsnoepjes en transformeert u tegelijkertijd uw geest in een ontspannen en tevreden sfeer. Maak je klaar voor een geweldige en onvergetelijke vakantie.

Stel je voor dat je uitkijkt over de Stille Oceaan en een van de begeerde stranden van Oregon, terwijl je geniet van je favoriete ochtendbrouwsel in een relaxfauteuil zonder zwaartekracht. Wil je een vroege ochtendwandeling langs het water maken? We zijn letterlijk op een steenworp afstand van een semi-privépad naar je tenen die in het zand zinken. Upon walking through the door of this stunning home, you are met with a jaw-dropping, breathtaking view of the majestic Pacific Ocean with floor to ceiling windows across the living room and kitchen..in our first moments, there were whales migrating before our eyes. Complete with binoculars, captains chairs, exquisite architecture, white glove cleanliness, a huge television & comfortable couch fit for a King, this home is a class act. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, the lighting, mood lifting & the bathrooms stunning. Beach access steps away from the front door and downtown Newport just minutes away. We felt like royalty. Our host Katie was lovely warm and responsive to whatever we needed, which wasn’t anything in particular as we lacked for nothing. We would be honored to come back to this lovely home! Thank you Katie!

The house is awesome! The floorplan was perfect for our group of three couples that we traveled with. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. However, the view in the back and set up there was even better than shown. Everything in the kitchen was extremely well labeled and everything you would need is there. And the cleanliness was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to visit again.

View of The Ocean

This property was great! We had a great time, and the view was incredible. The back of the house is mostly windows, and you see the dunes, beach, ocean waves, fog, blue sky, lighthouse, federal park, and beach combers (all at the same time)! The house is modern and clean and the master shower is awesome. The town of Newport is nice and not too touristy. There are plenty of hiking trials and other things to do. We really enjoyed out stay and plan to come back!

A Newport Treasure

A fantastic property and host. The communication was the best I have ever experienced in my many years of renting. The property was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our 4 day stay but would be just as great for a 4 week stay. Views are amazing but the location in Newport is also a 10 as you can easily get to all sites and avoid coast highway traffic. We will certainly be back.

The views are stunning from the home. The home has very nice touches, it feels like a primary home, not a rental. The beach is in your backyard and the home is in a quite cul-de-sac. Overall, a really great place to stay.

Amazing Beach House

We had a small family gathering at this house, and it was absolutely perfect. As soon as you walk in the door, the view of the ocean takes your breath away. Giant windows, and the deck with sandy firepit area, provide amazing views of Agate Beach, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, and evening sunsets. The living room is very large, with multiple seating areas and views of the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked, and has top notch appliances. Large windows overlooking the ocean surround the dining room. Each bedroom decorated in a unique style, and all are cozy and comfortable. A real bonus is the access to the beach via a short trail that starts across the street. In two minutes you can be on Agate Beach! We all truly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return the next time we visit the Oregon coast. Stefan

Great 80th Birthday

Property is beautiful. Interior design is outstanding, full on real ocean view and sounds of the waves, and a great location. Just a few blocks or couple of miles to choices of grocery stores, shopping and excellent restaurants. Multiple whale sightings from the deck or livingroom windows. Many Oregon coastal points of intetest within a short drive. Our host was outstanding in communications and accomodations. All 12 of our guests, in 2 waves, raved about this property.

Picture Perfect

This is one of the better houses I have rented over the years and the location, while not my favorite area on the Oregon Coast, was great at the end of a cul-de-sac. The view is about as good as it gets and I was very impressed that the view windows were so clean. I guess my only issue, and this would relate to future trip without grandkids, is there is only 1 king bed in the home. Minor thing but when traveling with other couples pretty important to me.

From the very beginning of the booking process to the very end everything was wonderful! Joe and Katie were quick to respond to everything. The views were amazing! Stunning views, prime location

The house's location on Agate Beach really can't be beat for views and beach access. The impact of the wide windblown beach, with dunes in the foreground and waves beyond, and the headland framing it all to the north, is hard to convey--simply mesmerizing. Great location for exploring this fantastic stretch of the coast. The house is beautifully renovated with high-end fixtures, including a killer shower in the main bathroom that is an experience in itself. A great outdoor space is sheltered from the wind, with beach views, comfortable Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.
