Quality Inn should revoke this one from its franchise. There was nothing at all there that was of quality, ironing board broken, iron didn’t work, certain lights didn’t work and lukewarm water. The upstairs looks like it’s gonna collapse. Park lot cracked up and trash cons over flowing. Never again!!

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was pleasant. Once I ventured toward the room, I immediately saw the unsavory condition of the property. Trash, hallway lights not working, mold in bathtub, toilet seat peeling. I felt extremely unsafe. The receptionist knocked on the window - asked me to write down my credit card number saying it 'didn't go through'... NO Feeling increasingly uneasy and unsafe, I asked for a refund and left.

Needs a lot of work.
A once great hotel that's now very ran down. The people were nice but they gave me a 2 queen when I booked a king. You could see many available king rooms. So either there were maintenance issues or they just ignored the reservation. I ended up moving to the hotel across the street the next day.

Nothing when I made this booking about a $250 cash deposit, indoor pool closed for the winter. Its INDOOR, why the hell is it closed in the winter? Dirty room and free breakfast sucks.

When you walk in the rooms that have no outside access it's creepy as hell. Stuffy feel like you can breath & just around the area you always have to be in watch out. People constantly walking around the hotel just looking.

The room was dirty especialy the bathroom. The place had holes in the walls, floors dirty, etc. The entire place needs to be renovated. The pool was broken. The manager let his dog Sparky in the breakfast eating area. It was hard to get clean bath towels.

Sad little hotel, falling apart.
The staff are wonderful: very friendly and you can tell they are interested in people. Checking in & out was easy. The facility has definitely seen better days. It looks like it is trying to fall apart. From things that were out of service (ice machines, laundry, pool/hot tub, half the breakfast machinery), to the building (cracks, water stains, chipped or broken masonry), to the room itself (sticky floors, no handles on dresser drawers, glass insert in microwave was incorrect so unusable, toilet was running when we came in), this is a very sad hotel. It’s not soundproof and very close to the highway, so noisy all night. The sheets were clean, and there was breakfast of sorts, but I am sorry to say that this Quality Inn was a dump. It was a very cheap price, and now we know why. I feel sorry for the staff, as they seem to be trying so hard, but with the infrastructure in such terrible shape, it’s a losing battle.

It appears there might be upgrades going on, but everything looks to be in disarray. Room had stink bugs on the walls. Cups in the floor from previous occupants. The bathroom sink water ran continuously, as it wouldnt shut off. The particular room we were in needs attention.

This was once a beautiful hotel with a wonderful immense center pool area. But pool was closed for maintenance. Desk clerk was not knowledgeable about the area. I would love to see them bring this back to its glory
