ONZE LODGE IS UITGERUST OM MAXIMAAL 10 GASTEN TE VERHUREN EN IS DIT JAAR HEEL VERSIERD. THA LODGE IS GEACTUALISEERD EN ONDERHOUDEN TOT EEN ZEER HOGE STANDAARD.

Het afgelopen jaar hebben we GLOEDNIEUWE SOFAS, BEDDEN, BESTEK, CROCKERY EN NIEUWE GORDIJNEN gekocht in de hele lodge voor uw extra comfort tijdens uw verblijf.

De vakantie-lodge is gebouwd in 2005 tot een eigentijds ontwerp en heeft een hoge specificatie, waaronder centrale verwarming en dubbele beglazing. Het is zeer ruim met een grote open woonkamer met een volledig ingerichte keuken en heeft VIER tweepersoons slaapkamers en DRIE badkamers.
We zijn gevestigd in een hoog aangeschreven Award Winning Resort and Spa, die het hele jaar door geopend is en op een geweldige centrale locatie in Cornwall ligt. We zijn zeer toegankelijk, op slechts een paar minuten van de A30 vierbaansweg en op een fantastische centrale locatie om heel Cornwall te verkennen, met name de prachtige kust van Cornwall met zijn internationaal bekende surfstranden.

Het resort is de afgelopen jaren verder verbeterd en gemoderniseerd en biedt nu recreatiefaciliteiten die tot de allerbeste in het zuidwesten behoren. Deze omvatten overdekt verwarmd zwembad met een ondiep peuterbadje, een fantastisch uitgeruste ultramoderne fitnessruimte en een aantal studio's met een enorme variëteit aan klassen voor alle niveaus van fitness, zoals body pump, verschillende soorten yoga, Pilates, een draaiende studio, zumba en aqua-aerobics om er maar een paar te noemen. Dit wordt aangevuld door een nieuw gerenoveerd café en bar, met vers bereide maaltijden en snacks, waaronder een goed aanbod aan gezonde opties, evenals heerlijke zelfgemaakte taarten en natuurlijk Cornish Cream Teas.

Gratis wifi is beschikbaar in het recreatiecomplex, de bar en het café, maar niet in de lodge atm. Je kunt echter een wifi-hotspot maken met je telefoon of een dongle die heel goed werkt.

En dan is er de SPA voor extra ontspanning en verjonging, met een scala aan behandelingen tegen zeer redelijke prijzen.

Andere indoorfaciliteiten zijn een softbalveld, een spellenkamer, een tafeltennistafel en een pooltafel. De bar en het restaurant van het Manor House zijn seizoensgebonden en bieden live entertainment tijdens piekuren.

Er is ook genoeg te doen in de buitenlucht, met een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, speeltuin voor de kinderen, tennisbanen en een Par 3-golfbaan met 18 holes.
Een kleine winkel met essentiële benodigdheden is ook beschikbaar.

Gelegen in een rustige en aangename landelijke omgeving met voldoende handige parkeerplaatsen buiten de lodge of op gemakkelijke toegang van de lodge.

The house is much more spacious than the pictures imply. 3 bathrooms and one accessible along with a downstairs bedroom. Our extended age family group was so comfortable. About a 15 minute drive to beaches we love. There may be others even closer. Lovely pub and cafe. And an impressive gym. A winner

Lodge was great just what we needed, 3rd bed in twin room was not made up, and did not know it was there until the day we left, did go to reception did not know any thing about 3rd bed, pub not open on site only the swimming pool, paid alot of money for only the indooor pool to be used, good job we know Newquay well, lodge was great for the size of Family but wont be staying again

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of August and was a superb base. The house and general facilities around site were perfect for us and also the location is central to many areas we discovered in the week. Will certainly be staying again and cannot recommend enough. Cheers Wes

Fantastic experience staying at the lodge in Atlantic Reach. Well kept and tidy property complete with modern facilities. Very helpful and friendly owner which was matched by the Resort staff. We are a family of eight and there was plenty of space in the property for everyone. 10 out of 10 as far as we’re all concerned!

After reading reviews of similar accommodation on the park, I was worried that the lodge would be too small to meet our needs but I could not have been more wrong. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children and we all easily fit around the dining table and in the spacious lounge area. The kitchen was well equipped for those wanting to cook a meal (we ate out most days). It was great having 3 bathrooms - after a day at the beach we didn't all have to queue for a shower (lovely and powerful by the way). We weren't always able to park outside our lodge but there was always somewhere to park close by. The shared area at the back of the lodge was great for the children to run about and play. The booking system for the pool was easy enough and you get to stay for 90 minutes per session which the children loved. We only used the indoor pool as it was a bit too chilly to brave the outside one although some people did! The outdoor play area was great and was situated right by the pub! There are supermarkets and shops close by but there is also a shop on the park with prices actually quite reasonable. There is a great pub nearby called The Blue Anchor. We ate there twice - the food is delicious (especially the seafood) and portions are very generous. There are plenty of beaches nearby that are family and dog friendly. I would highly recommend this lodge, this park and this area.

The property was described as luxury - it is far from that and I am currently exchanging message with the property owner about the terrible state of the accommodation. I have taken a number of photos and will be lodging a formal complaint with HomeAway as well shortly. This is unacceptable and breaches internet purchase consumer rights.

As an extended family (five adults and three children) we all really loved our stay at Atlantic Reach. The house is roomy and really well equipped and we had lots of space. The three bathrooms were particularly appreciated! We dined in a lot and the kitchen is really well kitted out with everything you might need. The living room is comfortable and well laid out and really we couldn’t fault it. Everything was also very clean and in good working order. The children loved the indoor pool and the soft play area and the site was ideal for them in that respect. I used the gym which was also great! The outside pool isn’t heated and was too cold for us to use, which was a shame, but we spent most days at the beach anyway. The main issue we had with the site was the lack of public transport to Newquay. There is a bus, but it stops running back to the site very early, so there was no way of enjoying a night in Newquay without the use of a taxi. But overall we had a lovely week and the house was really perfect for us; thank you!

The house was very clean, comfortable, spacious and was well equipped. We were however dismayed that there was no washing machine either in the house or on the holiday park. We were staying for a week with 3 small children and this caused us a lot of inconvience involving a search and a trip or two into Newquay. We also expected there to be some sort of entertainment/activities on for the children since it was half-term but there was nothing. The pool and cafe were great though.

Hi Kamla, happy new year! Our stay was lovely, thank you so much we would like to come back again later. There are many places to visit in that lovely region. The facilities was great as well. The problem we had was with the hot water and heating. On the second day we had not hot water until 10:00 pm. During night time was very hot as opposite to day time. We had another friend stayed in the different house in Atlantic Rich in the same time as us. They had not any problem like our one. There were many children games , puzzles, washing mashine as well and many dvd disks. I hope this will help you for improving the service. Kind Regards Tihomir& family

We had a great time at Atlantic reach. The house was a good size for 7 of us and location was great for the area. Facilities in Atlantic Reach weren’t used much but gym was good.

The house has lots of space and is ideal for a large family (there were 10 of us from 14 months to 69 years). There was plenty to do on the site to keep everyone happy and it was a good base to see the surrounding beautiful area. Close to the beautiful beaches at Newquay. The pub on site provides lovely food cooked to order. All in all a great holiday!

The house is in a quiet area of the site with parking outside, it is very close to the main A roads making it ideal for touring the area. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a good size, clean and well presented. The kitchen and dining room were well laid out and the TV, Microwave dishwasher etc were all of a good standard. Unfortunately, on day one we were troubled by lots of ants in the kitchen and a leaking shower which to their credit the onsite maintenance fixed in a fast and efficient manner. The site itself has a good gym and indoor pool but the outdoor facilities (Pool, Pitch and Putt etc) have seen better days and could do with improving. The staff in the onsite pub/restaurant were friendly and the food we had was good and a reasonable price.

Atlantic Reach is a lovely resort as a base to nearby Newquay (about 10 mins drive away) and the rest of Newquay. Padstow, Truro and Perranporth all within 20 mins drive. Our accommodation was excellent. Everything we needed. 8 of us stayed. There was plenty of room in the lounge area, more than sufficient cooking utensils and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house was lovely and warm, weather wasn't the best so nice to come back to a warm house. The facilities on site are very good. My son enjoyed the gym. We all enjoyed the indoor swimming pool which is a good size, has swimming lanes and the changing rooms very clean. The entertainment on site is good although the site was quiet when we visited. Bingo is popular and prize money was excellent. Can imagine it being a lot more lively in the summer months. The children tried the golf and the foot-golf, they enjoyed it, although the course was a bit muddy, just caused by the bad weather we've had. The on site pub was nice. We didn't eat there but the food looked good and they offer themed nights, curry 2 for 1, burgers etc.. etc.. Good selection of local beers and cider :) The only thing the site lacked was a little shop to purchase that odd pint of milk or loaf of bread. Although Morrisons is only 5 mins driver away. Newquay is nice... Beaches are fab. Lovely coastal walks. Padstow is well worth a visit. Can imagine both being very busy during the Summer months. For any golfers, would recommend Perranporth GC. Challenging course with amazing scenery. Thank-you to Kamla for making our stay possible. The upgrade to the detached property was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend a stay at Atlantic Reach. Cornwall is beautiful. Such a shame it's not closer to home. Heck of a drive from Blackpool. We stayed overnight in Exeter to break up the journey on the way down. The drive back was tough, but it was worth it :)
