  • Zone9 is het nieuwste vakantiehuis op de markt in Newquay en zit boordevol WOW-factoren. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 20 personen en ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het strand van Fistral en op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum van de stad met zijn levendige bars en restaurants. Gezinnen zullen genieten van de uitstekende speeltuin direct tegenover.
    Het voorterras en de kamers aan de voorzijde hebben uitzicht op de zonsondergang over Fistral. Het zit vol met goodies - een voetbaltafel, entertainmentruimte met 70 'HD 3D TV, een ultramodern stereosysteem met iPod-dock, wifi, premium SKY TV-pakket, bordspellen, wasmachine, vaatwasser en dubbele oven en grote keuken eettafel. Het heeft een aangelegde privé-achtertuin, buitendouche, zitplaatsen voor en achter, met de hand gemaakt uniek meubilair dat specifiek voor het pand is gemaakt - en originele kunst. Bedopstelling is flexibel met een mix van kingsize bedden en tweelingen / eenpersoonsbedden die zijn voorzien van een rits en link, zodat deze vóór uw aankomst kunnen worden omgezet in super-kingsize bedden, afhankelijk van uw vereisten. Er zijn ook stapelbedden voor volwassenen en kinderen - ze hebben allemaal traagschuimmatrassen. Er zijn 5 badkamers / douches en een familiebadkamer met bad.

Beautiful spacious property in a great location for access to beaches and the town. Lots of amenities in the property and great for families/groups to spend quality time together. Some on street parking if you’re lucky but a car park on the field next door at very reasonable rates if needed. Host was easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process went smoothly. Overall, a great stay - thank you Nick for letting us stay in your lovely house

We searched for a house that would be home to 10 people in three generations for a week in Cornwall. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. From the layout of the bedrooms to the long kitchen table, we enjoyed our own spaces and shared spaces. The boys were drawn to the cinema room, a place to let down after exploring Newquay's beaches, shops and restaurants. It took some figuring for us Americans to learn to use the appliances, but the black notebook of instructions helped. We have dreamed of this 50th anniversary trip to my ancestral home for decades, and this house was a perfect setting for making that dream come true.

Lovely stay for a family get together.

Had a lovely stay at this property. House was perfect with lots of space. Having the extra cinema room at the back really helped with entertaining children and creating more space. Lots of room for all and lovely sea views. Convenient for Fistral beach and Newquay town centre.

The property was well located in Newquay and in a very quite location with views of the bay. The property was very well equipped and everything we needed was there. Super communication with our holiday manager and check in was effortless. Would recommend the property for large family escapes.

Enjoyable

Very enjoyable stay and proximity to beach was excellent for all but the elderly. Some seating was uncomfortable and the TV reception in the living room was interrupted occasionally. The kids loved the tv room and table football.

Zone9 is wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at Nick’s place in Newquay! Beautifully decorated & well appointed! Our group of 10 had plenty of space and enjoyed the views of the ocean. We had one minor mishap with a leaking shower but Nick was on it immediately. With plenty of other showers it didn’t make a dent in our stay. Our kids loved surfing and the grandparents enjoyed walking the town. Very happy with our stay!

Great place for a family group

We stayed at this property with our adult family members from the US. There were enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably and we would get together downstairs for games and to watch movies in the fab cinema room. It was a great base to explore Cornwall from. Nick answered our questions quickly and the whole process ran smoothly. I would recommend.

Beautiful house, large bedrooms, loads of space so you’re not on top of each other in fact we had to check rooms to make sure no one was missing . Position of house is great not far to walk into Newquay centre, or Fistral beach was a bit worried about parking but found an app that helps to find people’s drives ( charges apply) to park cars or use car park opposite. Everything you need from a modern house & the cinema room was a massive hit from the younger members of the group. Would have loved to have booked for next year but it’s fully booked .Apart from a few niggles beginning of holiday which Nick is getting sorted it’s a 10/10

Second time staying, love it there!

We returned to this property as we’d had such a good time a couple of years ago. The house works so well as the location is perfect, just above fistral bay and near to everything but not in the centre. All within walking distance. It is very well appointed, spotless and comfortable for the adults but feels relaxed enough for the kids to chill. Nick is a great communicator and easy to contact. Overall we are big fans and hope to be back soon!

Perfect family holiday home

This property is amazing…. From the outside you can’t imagine how wonderful this property is! Every room is bigger than expected, certainly better than described there was nothing missing that we needed…. Welcome pack to extra food and drinks…our family loved it- games for the kids- views for grandma - 6 min walk to town centre ❤️ Our only problem was that the car park opposite as extra parking was not suitable for our cars ( height restrictions) you might want to watch out for that 😊

Amazing property

This was a family get together and this property was absolutely perfect for the 12 of us. The property is absolutely gorgeous super clean and deceptively bigger than it looks, location fantastic, the kids absolutely loved the cinema room. In the evenings the adults sat round the table playing games and a few drinks whilst the kids did not move from the cinema room. We visited Falmouth, port Isaac and Padstow to name a few, we went to lane theatre for an ABBA tribute which was amazing. We all had a go at bodyboarding which was fun and so safe as the lifeguards are brilliant on the beach. The welcome pack of beers and crisps ect was truly appreciated. We had no problems parking on the car park across from the property free from 4pm-9am . We had a truly amazing holiday and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Nick for letting us stay at your amazing property the place is something else.

Very Good. Excellent hosts.

This was a large family holiday with ages ranges from 6 months to 68 years old. Overall this was a great property which met all the familys needs. The family were all impressed with size of the house and in particular the bedrooms, some were ensuite others had a personal sink which added to the privacy and was more convenient. The main bedroom has lovely views over the golf course and sea.(As I made the booking I bagged this room😂 ) The kitchen is very well equipped and has a good, large kitchen table which is always a bonus.The kitchen itself is slightly on the narrow side but this didn't cause any problems. The lounge area and Cinema room meant that there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space. The house is within short walking distance of the beach and all local amenities meaning you can leave the car parked up. We were very lucky in being able to park our cars on the road for the majority of the stay, only needing to use the car park once or twice. If I needed to contact Nick he responded straight away and when there was an issue with the Sky connection his brother came out almost immediately to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this couldnt be resolved and needed an engineer to sort it, this was out of Nicks control and didn't impact on the holiday. The table football proved to be very popular with everyone, especially when the weather was unfortunately not so good. I would recommend this house for a large group of people.
