'We had a wonderful time staying at Denise’s lake house.She was welcoming and incredibly friendly even offered us fresh herbs from her garden. We kayaked on the lake which was peaceful and serene and later enjoyed a fire. The lake house is exactly what we needed to relax and with it being located so close to Wiarton we were able to explore the area with ease. Thank you so much Denise for your kindness it felt like home away from home. '

'It was cozy and clean cottage.We just came from our weekend get away from this cottage.we had a great time and my daughter really like the attic room.bed was very comfortable.kitchen had extra supplies that we could use.Only challenge there is no stove and hot plate in the kitchen wasn't that efficient.But there is a stove attached with BBQ we able to use that for cooking.will recommend to take your insta pot or rice cooker for indoor use.There is no lake access at the backyard.5 min away lions...

'It was a wonderful experience for us to rest & enjoy this cozy cabin, within close distance of beautiful different beaches. Our dog also appreciated the lake very much and we wete pleased to realize how dog friendly this place was. We found ourselves longing for more cozy conversations next to a fire as we watch sunsets and so we are planning to come back next year. '

'Beautifully renovated cottage by the owner. He even has a photo of the cottage pre renovation to prove it! It has every modern convenience one could want: AC, wifi, washer-dryer, multiple device charging ports in every bedroom, handheld shower, barbecue, multiple tv services, ceiling fans in every room in addition to the central AC, rechargeable vacuum, swiffer wet mops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances from well known manufacturers. 'The property was excellent for our family. It was convenient to many hikes, the stargazing on the dock was wonderful, and our children enjoyed the swingset.'

'Loved the place, 6 of us (friends from elementary school) got to stay here for two nights, found it super cozy, and loved the ambiance. Had the best time of our lives, very sad to leave.'

'Our family stayed here only two days. Cabins are basic but fit the needs. Getting water to the cabin was different, but doable. The host is very responsive to all needs and the manager on-site is also very accommodating and pleasant. Did not have a chance to take a boat or kayak on Sky Lake, but caught a couple pike off the dock, so it seems to be a good fishing lake!'
