'We booked this property last minute after our original plans fell through due to wildfires. We could not have been happier, and are so thankful that we did! This property is everything we love, private, remote, has all the amenities as far as a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. 'So gorgeous! We were so impressed. It was such a clean cabin and everything looked brand new. The lake was beautiful and they had fishing poles, kayaks, and canoes that could be used at any time. A bull moose also came right in front of our cabin. It was the best experience! '

'Cat Creek is heaven on earth! The cabin is charming and the views are breathtaking. A sunflower lined driveway leads to a private beach, just a quick walk to the water. The beach is gated and is quite possibly the best spot my family and I have ever enjoyed on the river. 'My husband and I both gasped in wonder when we opened the door and entered this spacious and beautifully furnished log home. We were expecting a typical 1 room cabin for the very reasonable price, but this was way above and beyond in comfort and size and amenities and furnishings and atmosphere. 'The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion.'
