Centraal gelegen
Hotel was prima. Gym sauna en zwembad is goed! Jammer genoeg werkzaamheden voor de deur dat in de morgen al om 7.00u veel herrie maakt. Jammer dat er niet standaard tandenborstels ,wattenstaafjes etc. op kamer liggen. Maar werd wel gelijk bezorgd als je erom vroeg. In de avond komen ze langs en leggen chocolaatjes naast je bed. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Bijna perfect
Zeer luxe vijfsterrenhotel waar ik mijn verjaardag vierde. Ik had een deluxe room geboekt voor drie overnachtingen. Nagenoeg iedereen van het personeel is vriendelijk. Kreeg als cadeau macarons en champagne op mijn kamer. In de kelder is er een wellnesscenter waar ik heb genoten van een massage en aansluitend heb ik aldaar in het kleine binnenbad gezwommen. Het verblijf was bijna perfect. Helaas zijn er toch wat op- en aanmerkingen. De douchekophouder, minibar en stoel waren aan vervanging toe. Verder werd er niet goed gestofzuigd. De voegen in de doucheruimte waren op sommige plekken zwart. Desondanks is dit hotel zeker de moeite waard.

Luxe hotel op korte loopafstand van het strand
Het Boscolo Exedra is een mooi en luxe hotel op korte loopafstand van het oude centrum van Nice, de Promenade des Anglais en het treinstation. Wat dat betreft een ideale uitvalsbasis voor Nice. Het hotel heeft enkele jaren geleden een stijlvolle metamorfose ondergaan. De kamers zijn ruim, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. 's Nachts is het rustig, ook als je een kamer aan de voorzijde hebt zoals wij. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en onderneemt meteen actie bij een gemeld probleem. Heerlijk is het kleine zwembad onder in het hotel. Daar is ook een sauna, Turks stoombad en fitnessruimte. Het restaurant van het hotel (La Pesceria) staat goed aangeschreven op de diverse beoordelingssites. Het ontbijtbuffet is voortreffelijk. Voor de liefhebber is een glas champagne inbegrepen. Alles bij elkaar een tophotel dat ik eenieder kan aanbevelen!

This hotel gives you a great feeling of luxury and being pampered, most of the time. Small annoyances make me question the 5-star rating, but the rooms, helpfulness of (most of) the staff, and overall surroundings are definitely worth it.

True five star hotel
Excellent experience in the Boscolo Exedra. After a little problem with the reservation (not a mistake by the hotel) an upgrade was given to a fantastic room. Friendly staff (with sense of humor!) that enjoys assisting with making reservations and giving advise with respect to the beautiful city of Nice.

フランスで5つ星ホテルは、このレベルなのかな〜という印象。日本で言うデラックスルームでした。設備がしっかり整ってるホテルを選ぶなら5つ星じゃないと、お湯が出なかったり、部屋が異常に狭かったりするのがヨーロッパ。それにしても値段はスウィートルームでした。

Pas adapté aux personnes âgées ! Je suis venue pour la piscine et l’accès est difficile avec un escalier. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à y descendre. La chambre est bien et confortable mais la aussi le modernisme n’est pas adapté à ma génération : il a fallu chercher longtemps comment allumer ou ouvrir les volets ! Un vrai problème : dans la chambre 310 la douche donne dans l’entrée attenante à la chambre . Il n’y a pas de salle de bains fermée ! Donc toute personne dans la chambre vous voit tout nu. Sympa! Sinon c’est confortable et le personnel est attentionné. Mais je ne crois pas que j’y retournerai. Marie

The interior of this hotel is so unique and interesting. It is so well located in terms of access and easy walking distance to the ocean, Vieux Nice Ville and the Saleya market. The hotel is steps from the subway entrance that connects to the Nuce airport. In addition it is an easy walk along Jean Medicin from the train station. The tram runs along Jean Medicin but it really isn’t necessary to hop on because the walk is flat with wide sidewalks on a street that only has the tram running its length. You can’t go wrong staying at Boscolo. It was our sixth stay at this property.

Service in room is lacking and not 5 stars worthy
Service in room was not good. Cleaning first day only done when asked and late in the afternook. Staff did not refill soap, toilet paper and coffee/the. Every day we had to call for this. Bathrobes were not in the room and they only arrived next day upon further request. We were informed the hotel was full and not sufficient staff. Should not take in guests if you have no one to take care of the customers. This is a 5 star hotel - but service only 3 stars.

Over priced !!!
Most over priced hotel ever. The room was like a jail cell. The pool had chairs for 10 people maybe 400 people staying at the hotel. Shower leaked, sink would not drain and A/C difficult to adjust.

While our room and the hotel were very nice, there was a surprising lack of storage/horizontal shelf space to store clothing or luggage...we had to keep moving things around to simply make the room useful.
