Het dakterras is heerlijk om te chillen aan het einde van de dag, leuke lounge banken en muziek. Ook de kamer is netjes en geluidsdicht. Beneden ook een fijne eetruimte voor het ontbijt en voor een gezellig terras. Tram voor de deur 1,50 en binnen 5 min aan zee of in het oude centrum. Aanrader!!!!!

Klein maar fijn
Kleine kamers, zeer schoon. Meer dan uitstekende bedden. Vriendelijke receptie, geven veel informatie over omgeving. Uitstekend ontbijt voor 6 euro op terras.

Hotel prima, personeel en service teleurstellen
Net hotel vlakbij tram en treinstation. Oude stad/promenade ook goed te voet te bereiken. Rondom hotel vele leuke eetgelegenheden en markt. Bij hotel een terras waar je wat kan drinken en wat kan eten. (Deel van het ) personeel was niet erg behulpzaam en niet vriendelijk. Ondanks dat wij prima Frans spreken werden bestellingen op terras half gebracht. (bij ontbijtbestelling 3 keer terug om te vragen wat we wilden drinken en uiteindelijk alsnog het verkeerde brengen) Als hotelgast betaal je flink voor ontbijt in hotel en moet je entree betalen naar de rooftop-bar. (Je kunt ook prima in cafétjes om hotel heen ontbijten.) Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op "le jardin": binnentuin van 2m2 met gedroogd gras en airco-buizen, tevens badkamer voor gehandicapte gasten zonder douchecabine of -gordijn. We zouden dit hotel niet aanbevelen vanwege onze ervaring met een deel van het personeel.

Not as nice as the photos. Bed and pillows were quite hard, no fridge, coffee/tea making facilities or water. Staff were aloof, except the receptionist who helped me with transport advice and luggage storage. The lift is nano - 3 of us crammed in. Positives were the rooftop bar but has a strangely positioned hot tub. Everything spotlessly clean. Location is excellent with a tram stop just up the road going directly to Jean Médecin and Place Masséna and the train station just around the corner to travel the coast. Fantastic market directly outside and a children’s park across the road. Some bars and shops on the same street. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the small restaurant looked nice and there was plenty of seating in the indoor lounge. Good value for money.

기차역, 버스정류장 모두 멀지 않았고, 주변에 식당, 편의시설, 쇼핑거리 등 있어 불편함이 없었습니다. 라면 때문에 전기포트 프런트데스크에서 대여했는데, 대여 시 보증금 지불하고 몇일 후 환급되었습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 니스에서의 크리스마스를 잘 보냈습니다.

God beliggenhet. Bra frokost, men litt dyr. Rent og ordentlig. God seng. Trange enkeltrom. Dusj som sprutet ut over badegulvet. Har benyttet hotellet mange ganger pga beliggenheten. Relativt bra, men varierende engelskkunnskaper i resepsjonen. Problemer med betalingsgaranti på forhånd, da visakortet mitt ikke ble akseptert. Ikke bra! Ingen problem med kortet da det ble brukt på hotellet.

Really great location walkable from the main train station and the tramway ran right in front of the hotel. The room was okay but pretty small. There was 3 of us - 1 double and 1 twin bed. Small bathroom with a shower without a base or shower curtain so that the water went everywhere. Staff very helpful and friendly

Staff are excellent, all speak English and are friendly and super-efficient. Rooms are air conditioned which was a godsend when we arrived 2 hours late at 11.25pm and the temperature was still 26 degrees. Our room was extremely well presented, beds were very comfortable, and the USB socket was a bonus to charge our phones. , no charger required.

Wow! Such a great hotel nicely located in Nice, beautiful restaurant terrasse with a chill atmosphere and the best of it, the Roof Top patio to eat or drink watching the sunset on the city!!! If you want to elevate your experience, have your drink in the jacuzzi surrounded by all the guest :)

My experience at this hotel was quite nice. Although the rooms were very small. And the elevator was tiny. We were staying on the sixth floor. In the entire building there’s this one tiny elevator, which can fit 3 people max. But that’s normal from older buildings. The restaurant in the entrance is very nice, and the food isn’t bad at all. The rooftop bar and hot tub were underwhelming, super cramped. But a nice view of the city. Unrelated to the hotel itself, the city of Nice is extremely sketchy. Has the overall vibe that you’re gonna be yelled at or robbed at any moment. Probably avoid Nice itself and go to smaller towns around it.
