Een prima hotel voor een citytrip! Goede en perfecte locatie midden in de stad. 20 min lopen van het strand. Er mag alleen wel een douchegordijn worden opgehangen. Voor de rest een mooi en goed hotel. Ook een lekker ontbijt.

Very good hotel, modern, clean, excellent service
This hotel is located ideal in the center close to all attractions, but still in a quiet road. Compared to other hotels in the dame area just too busy on the streets. This is a nice clean quiet road. The rooms are very modern and clean. Can't wish for anything more. Staff is just excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Will come back again here and can recommend to other people.

Parfait !
Tous les collaborateurs sont extrêmement accueillant et souriants. Chambre et SDB neuves et confortables avec bouilloire et café. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux de bonne qualité. A 3 minutes du tram. Déjà séjourné et je reviendrai car qualité m constante. Merci !

The staff and the facilities are excellent. There was some construction underway in the hotel but they handled it well. Complimentary croissants, coffee and juice was a really nice touch to compensate for the construction disruption in normal breakfast operation. The only negative and the reason for a four star rating was the lack of consistent WIFI. In spite of this, I would highly recommend this hotel.

misrepresented:no laundry on site, no breakfast buffet, no luggage cart,no help with luggage specifically a young man watched me load my heavy luggage and made no offer to help. i am 75 and capable, but i found his lack of concern unacceptable! the female staff especially Lyna were very professional. parking was horrible. room was hardly big enough to turn around. no luggage stands. one plastic stool; no chairs! also a black young woman that delivered breakfast was extremely professional. the only reason we didn’t leave was because of the female staff. there was no area to eat breakfast. pictures of the facility showed a large commercial washing machine, a dining room with many chairs,a buffet breakfast, a large bedroom,a rooftop lounge, and many more misrepresentations. never again!

Enjoyed our stay
We have deluxe double at the new section so it is clean and newer. We paid $10 euro extra to get the private big terrance and it is well worth it! Adds so much more room to our space. We use it every day so I highly recommend it. The staff is very nice. One thing I want to say is the faucet is small and low to the sink so it is awkward to use the sink.

Hotels Byakko was amazing! Great location, great services and the staff were nothing but helpful and very informative of the local area. Not only did they give great recommendations for beaches and places to eat but helped us book those places as well.

Its a small hotel with little rooms! The rooms are clean and small! The staff are nice and helpful and answered all our inquiries about the area and the trips! Its near medicine street and 5-8 min walk to train station! 15 min walk to the promenade which at the end of the medicine street! Didnt like the little flies around breakfast food and even outside the hotel! in kfc… i don't know if its a normal thing in Nice! Medicine street is busy touristic street so nice during the day! But didn't feel too safe walking late night from the train station to the hotel! No-one bother us but there was homeless and drunk people didnt feel too comfort!

Last minute booking on a busy Friday night in Nice where I wanted to be close to the train station - which the hotel is (easy 10 min walk with luggage). It was expensive - but it’s Nice, peak-season, and a Friday - so that’s to be expected, but the price was my only real gripe. It’s a typical 3* French hotel - well run, friendly staff, AC was fine, clean, comfortable, safe neighbourhood. Probably most suitable for a shorter stay. The breakfast, incidentally was really good as was the little sun terrace on the top floor to enjoy it. If the price was right, I would happily stay again.

Nice stay in Nice
Great room with our own terrace. Staff (the women) were very service minded and helpful. Breakfast was a bit disorganised. The tea time included, was an unexpected bonus for our stay. Quiet location a few blocks from a tram line, the main railway station and the main street.

Loved the service ! Very friendly. The roof top balcony was pretty and very Mary Poppins esque. The room was interesting. 3 walls, no windows. The door and the sidelight to the door were solid windows. Yes. There was a curtain to pull across the huge see through glass entry door so that folks walking by to get to their rooms couldn’t see you in yours. So if you like sunlight or ambient light and don’t like to be in a fish bowl this set up is not for you. We just kept the curtains closed and lived with the darkness while we were in the room. Thankfully we were out of the room most of the time. We will not be returning to this property but everyone was very nice. Ps we were not the only ones disappointed about the rooms and the staff were kind and empathetic so it was obvious that this was not the first time they had been approached.

Las instalaciones están nuevas y ubicado muy céntrico, es muy seguro y el desayuno es muy bueno. El wifi no me llegaba muy bien al cuarto.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Nice and surrounding areas. Close to train and tram stations. Both cellular and WiFi speed and stability are weak and shaky - not enough to do any remote work.

La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était très petite, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. la salle de bain spacieuse et très propre. les murs et/ou plafond très fins. j'espère pour vous que vos voisins ne seront pas trop bruyants ou pas d'enfants en bas âge. le personnel est adorable et souriant
