Rustige kamer op de 4de verdieping en alles wat je nodig had was er. Hotel had een goede ligging niet te druk en alles op loopafstand. Alleen ontbijt was iets minder.

Het is een nette dichtbij gelegen aan de zee hotel. Dichtbij een bushalte en zeer behulpzaam personeel. De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en ik zou het fijn vinden als de handdoeken ook wat vaker worden vernieuwd. Voor de rest een prima hotel.

Leuk hotel dichtbij het strand
Het hotel is zeer dichtbij de boulevard en het strand. Wij hadden een prachtige familiekamer op de begane grond met twee heerlijke queensize bedden en een prachtige badkamer, het geheel is zeer ruim opgezet. Verder helemaal geen overlast van buiten, we hoorden helemaal niets. We hebben 2x gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijtbuffet, waar alles was te krijgen wat we lekker vonden.

Frendly staff speaking english. Good working quick and free Wifi only on the ground floor. This is a basic hotel and needs restyling. But everything is clean. Quiet neighbourhood, you can sleep with the window open without any problem. Good bed. Good powerfull shower with hot water very quickly. Haven´t tried the old looking airco.

The Villa Nice Promenade was quite a nice find. The hotel was quaint, nicely decorated, near shopping, dining options, the beach and historical sites. The staff was superb with the EXCEPTION of the lobby manager. His curt, unfriendly manner was evident he didn’t like Americans. However, Cristiano, Vasco, and the young lady at the lobby counter were outstanding.

La Villa was an exceptional find. It’s quaint, clean, modern and close to shopping, dining and the beach. Most staff members were super friendly and service oriented. However, the lobby manager was arrogant and not nice. I found him to be unfriendly.

I would not stay here again. The room we booked was on the ground floor (somehow I must have booked this by mistake) but in my opinion it shouldn’t even be given as a guest room option. So loud from the room above and the street noise as well as the lobby. There is no parking unless you reserve in advance which isn’t the biggest deal as there is public parking down the road, but the staff acted as I was offensive to even show up expecting to park. The office manager was helpful enough but overall felt an edge from the staff I encountered like they were the typical “annoyed at tourists” and I didn’t get a good feeling.

We enjoyed our stay, property is a block from the beach with easy access to the promenade. Staff were helpful in arranging car service to airport. Nice is a very walkable city and most destinations are a 15-20 min walk from the property. Location was great with a small supermarket across the street. We would definitely recommend.
