As we were driving it was a bit challenging to locate without local help. Clean suite and bed is comfortable. Easy walking to sights in the area. Communication was great with host.

Fantastic place to stop near the Promenade De Anglais (literally a 1 minute walk) behind the Negressco hotel. Damien our host couldn’t do enough for us. It was clean, bed was very comfortable. Would stop there again.

Very nice clean room , comfortable bed and shower although shower room quite small. Kitchenette is so convenient for short stay. Actually about two minutes walk to seafront that really surprised us. All attractions are walking distance. We enjoyed the lovely, comfortable, and convenient Studio Lido. Definitely love to go back and high recommend to friends.

Good place to stay!
It’s in a great location and close to the beach. The room was small but very new and clean. The lady on duty was really helpful and very friendly. She arranged for us to leave our bags after check out at their other hotel which is only 5 minutes walk.

The wash basin in the bathroom was tiny. The entire area was very tiny. The room was ok. The units were very high to reach and needed to stand on a chair to reach. I think overall the apartment was a small. Staff was friendly and helpful

Top Lage in nächster Nähe zur Promenade, zur Altstadt und zum Supermarkt. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sebastien war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bestens informiert. Sauberes, helles Zimmer (zum Hinterhof hin mit einer Fenster-Terrasse ;) ); viel zu kleines Badezimmer, und nur durch eine Schiebetüre zum Bett und der Küchenzeile hin getrennt; für uns als junges Paar in Ordnung, jedoch muss einem das bewusst sein. Für einen Städtetrip ideale Unterkunft, für längere Aufenthalte im Zimmer etwas klein und wenig Platz. Rundum gute Unterkunft, sauber, gemütlich, netter Gastgeber - wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter.

My husband and I travelled to a number of locations across Europe and Studios Lido was the absolute best we stayed in. They reach out and openly communicate with you before you arrive. Upon arrival, they were very friendly and helpful, showing us on a large map certain locations to help us navigate this new and foreign place, even offering suggestions on places to eat. There is a lift at this location too, which after climbing 5-6 stories with luggage at 4 previous locations, this was a VERY welcome change. Once we walked in to our room we were gobsmacked at how beautiful it was. There was so much room, cupboard space, kitchenette, and an AMAZING shower. Everything was so clean which was great to see after some of the other places we had stayed in. Super comfy bed, awesome wi-fi... I could honestly go on and on about how great of a stay we had here, we wish we were there longer (Not only was this hotel great, but Nice is beautiful too). Through out our stay, they were always checking in, making sure we didn't need any items or cleaning to be done - when there was, they were straight on to it. Thank you Lido Studios for making our stay such a memorable and amazing experience after a horrible experience in another country, you well and truly saved our trip. I will ensure when I return to Nice, I only book with you, you were that great of a place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay in this studio. The location is very good, very close to the beach promenade and supermarkets in a nice area. The room is modern and was very clean. Consider, a studio is a small appartement. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We recommend.
