Perfect!
We loved this hotel! A very beautiful hotel with nice staff, We could even check in a couple of hours sooner, because we had an early flight en it was very hot outside. It’s only 25 mins away from the airport. If you go with tram 2 from airport, you only have to Walk for 2 mins and you are there! It’s also 5 mins away from the beach. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were very nice and clean. Outside the hotel there are plenty of food choices. We just loved our stay!

het keuze in eten bestellen was niet veel, je kon maar uit 5 dingen kiezen en de room service tijden waren ook niet erg lang. mini bar was leeg.

Uitstekende locatie.
Het dakterras is geweldig! Je hebt vooral 's avonds een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het hotel staat in een drukke straat, maar daar merk je in je kamer helemaal niets van. Naar dit hotel gaan we de volgende keer weer.

Hotel spa splendid, een aanrader!
Prima hotel. Medewerkers doen er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Spreken engels en zijn zeer behulpzaam. Ligt lekker op loopafstand van de oude binnenstad, de boulevard en de winkelstraten.

Nous sommes venus pour un enterrement, pensions venir en voiture, mais à cause de la manifestation des agriculteurs nous avons été contraints de prendre l'avion (après avoir réservé l'hôtel...) Bref, retirer une nuit sur hôtel.com au dernier moment coûte plus cher que de laisser la nuit sans y être !! Mais nous avons essayé de négocier un "petit" service supplémentaire en échange de la nuit (1 petit déjeuner offert ou n'importe quoi d'autre.. ) Et à partir de là... L'équipe de nuit à l'accueil veut croiser son responsable de jour, qui visiblement ne donne aucune consigne, l'autre soir, pareil... Aucune communication possible. Grosse déception, pas commercial !! En revanche, literie excellente, nous avons pu bien nous reposer !!

I loved the Amenities the hotel had as well as the free bar and daily free refill. The sauna and gym was good however, I would have liked to have seen a little more variety. Unfortunately my room's cleanliness was a slight let down with some of the information sheets having spill marks of sodas and some spillage stains on the carpet.

Malgré l’hôtel soit classé comme “destination charging” par Tesla, les bornes ne marchent pas et l’hôtel fait payer quand même 25€ le parking sans donner un service qui est obligé de donner. La direction n’a rien voulu savoir et m’a fait payer le parking et moi j’ai dû déplacer la voiture ailleurs pour pouvoir la charger. Chambre moyenne et bruyante.

This is a really nice hotel. The room we were upgraded to had a balcony, was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and charming — always wishing you, ‘Good day’ or ‘Good night’. The walk to the centre takes about 15 minutes but there are lots of good restaurants and shops immediately around the place. The sea is a five minute walk. We felt looked after and relaxed. The rooftop bar has great views across the city and the rooftop pool, while small, must be blissful in the summer. The only very slight negative was the slim shower screen that made it difficult not to wet the bathroom floor. All in all a super hotel.

Big thanks to the nice crew with excellent service - front desk, valet parking, repairman, bar staff. Great location. We love the rooftop jacuzzi and bar vibes, valet parking, TV with bbc channel.

Our stay was lovely! The staff were extremely hospitable. At first we were placed in a old fashioned room that looked completely different to the website, but we were quickly upgraded to a deluxe modern room, after raising a query. It was within 10 minutes walking distance of the beach, food and shops. A prime location and the rooftop views and pool were a great addition as well as the spa facilities which were open till quite late. I would definitely stay again.

The checking was awful. The rooms were not available upon arrival. we got in at 3:30pm, Checking was at 4pm and room was not available until 1 hour later. The lobby areas was such chaos. The rooms itself smelled so awful. We paid for a 4 star hotel and we got 2 star quality. Will never stay here again.

Avoid this hotel!
The hotel is very run down. The first room we were given was terrible. There was mold on the vents, the furniture and bedding were very old and the carpet was in poor condition. The hallway walls were damaged and in several places. We moved rooms (ourselves) three times before we had a room that was just barely acceptable. When I showed the front desk the photos of rooms from their website and asked why our room wasn’t the same quality, I was told the pictures were of suites. So I guess if you’re booking a suite you’ll be fine, but regular staterooms are a disaster.

Staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was expensive and did not have too many vegan or vegetarian options, but this does not change the fact that this is was a wonderful hotel experience. 10/10

I personally will not stay here again. Worst of the hotels we stayed at on our month trip through Europe. Definitely was expecting more based off the pictures and price. Pros Close to the beach, friendly staff, good area, rooftop pool/bar was amazing. Cons Looks like only the 3rd floor is renovated. The rest of the rooms are outdated, and not nearly the same quality. Our first room was very musty, and the air conditioning did not work well. Coolest it got was 30 Celsius, and that was with 2 fans. We asked to move rooms, which they allowed. Second room (different floor) wasn’t much better. Coolest it got was 26 with a fan. And the bathroom in the second room always smelled like sewage.
