'Wonderful country place to stay. Very quiet, clean, easy to find and the view is spectacular. We were surprised by breakfast items in the fridge. A plus for us was a washer and dryer. Perfect for keeping the kids cloth clean as thay LOVED playing outside. Easy access to lots of great placed to visit.'

'Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...

'The location was one of the best places I could of stayed at especially for the price. The owners were some of the nicest people you could meet and you could tell they care about making their guests feel welcomed. The bathrooms even though were outside and shared they were very clean. The owner even helped me start my fire because I never have before and was learning from YouTube but he came over and got it going right away. 10 out of 10 I recommend to everyone. Just bring a portable heat if you...

'Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.'
