I can completely understand your disappointment about the check in procedure and please be sure, that I will personally take care of the training and improvement of the team. About the bucks, I am happy and its proved, that these are NO bed bugs. As we are in a former forest area, there are luckily some insects in the surrounding and especially during the past weeks with all the rain, they tried to find a dry space inside the building. Therefore some of them use the opportunity to go inside our property by open windows.
