It is an amazing hotel that is more valuable than you paid and the dinner is delicious. The including breakfast is fabulous either. I would like to recommend to everyone visit Rhein Valley. 价超所值的宾馆, 早晚餐非常可口, 有特色, 推荐所有来莱茵河谷旅游的在这河边小宾馆住1晚

Awesome hotel, but not suited for summer heat.
The room I got was on the top floor with an amazing view of the Rhein. Unfortunately heat rises and the room was unbearably hot even with a fan provided and bringing my own fan (I'm aware most older European hotels don't have A/C). Both nights of sleep were very uncomfortable even with the room being great.

Try not to stay here.
It is truly not a standard hotel. It is not a safe place to stay. There are no stores to buy necessary things. I (Indian American) did not find suitable for my test. I did not see any indicated fire escape route. Phone and wifi service ify. Staff were decent.

Best home away from home ever!
This was our fifth time to stay at the Rhine-Hotel. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. The staff are helpful and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and substantial, the rooms are clean and offer all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

A nosiy hotel far from Frankfurt city centre
I think this hotel is overrated. This is a three-star hotel. My stay was fine. However, it took me quite a long time to get to this hotel since it is not located in central Frankfurt. Even though, this hotel is located by the river with nice views of the river, it is also located next to a motorway and therefore it makes it noise. It was a bit bizarre to find on the bed a pair of ear plugs to get to sleep. Furthermore, I found bizarre to see mirrors on the ceiling...

Fantastic service
I would like to thank Platen, his Son and staff for an excellent stay. Nothing was to much for them, they would always offer help and go out of there way to offer an answer to any questions. My only comment for the room I was in was the bed which was very hard and not my normal choice. However, this is one thing that Platen committed to resolving on my next visit. A place that I would stay again.

Schönes Hotel mit grosser Terrasse und Blick auf den Rhein.Gehobene Preise im Restaurant, aber das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze, eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen.

My favourite in Nierstein
Friendly, family-run small hotel right on the river. A little old-fashioned in the nicest way. This was my 5th stay. They have excellent breakfasts, a good kitchen and a useful wine list.

Bei der Buchung wurde nicht gesagt das der Hund und der Parkplatz zusätzlich Geld kosten. Auch war in dem nicht gerade günstigen Preis das Frühstück enthalten. Das Tor zum Parkplatz war zwischendurch geschlossen und man hatte mir nicht die Pin zum öffnen gegeben. Einmal habe ich im Nebenhaus bei Nachbaren geklingelt damit ich ins Hotel kam. Die haben da den Eigentümer angerufen damit er die Pin durchgeben konnte und ich auf den Stellplatz konnte.

Obwohl Doppelzimmer gebucht, leider 2 Einzelbetten erhalten. Zimmer direkt an der Strasse, entsprechend laute Geräusch (keine Klimaanlage). Betten unbeqeum und teilweise Matrazen abgenutzt. Frühstücksbuffet war super und das Personal sehe freundlich

Le petit déjeuner est superbe, et le chef fait votre omelette ou vos oeufs brouillés à la demande devant vous.Très bon accueil, carte simple mais variée. Parking limité en nombre de place mais suffisant par rapport au nombre de chambres.

프랑크푸르트 메세 참가 때문에 숙소를 못구해 급하게 이용했습니다.중앙역 까지 멀지않고 주변 풍경도 나쁘지 않습니다. 하지만 공항에선 조금 먼거리입니다. 택시요금을 80유로 가까이 요구합니다. 전철과는 4분거리입니다

De grandeur van de ingang, het gangenstelsel in dit uitgebreide complex doen heel wat verwachten, maar wordt niet waargemaakt voor de 4 sterren die ze hebben. Alles is toch wel wat out of date. Op de bovenverdieping op een veel te hete kamer. Waarom met 4 sterren geen airco? Waarom geen bad? Ontbijt was niet slecht, maar duidelijk eentje van de snelle, gemakzuchtige hap. De zorg die je bij een vier sterren hotel verwacht ontbreekt. Te veel ingesteld op grote groepen, voornamelijk oudere mensen.

Nice family hotel
Good family style hotel. Good parking, decent sized room in good order. Quite hard beds, good bathroom. Our room was on the third (top) floor and the hotel does not have an elevator which could bew an issue for the physically impaired. Personell were friendly and efficient. The outside terass was very cosy. Good value.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Ein altes Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein. Sauberkeit und Frühstück total ok. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hatte kleines aber feines Dachgeschosszimmer mit Baby und Katze! Kein Problem. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Schön an Uferpromenade gelegen leider getrennt durch Straße. Gerne wieder!
