'The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This...

'Confusion between the City Center property and this resort as both businesses are using the same name for online listings…it’s apparently 14-17 KM away from the City of Durgapur. Check before booking. '

'The property is brand new and so is the condition. The staffs are very courteous.
The location is in very remote area with no proper access to the city centre.
The foods are pricey.

'The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service.'

'Incredibly noisy due to functions in adjacent buildings, impossible to sleep. Hot water had a pungent sulfuric stench and was cold within 5 minutes. Staff are pleasant and helpful but I would not stay here again.'
