Enjoy a stay in the heart of the city of Nîmes, in the escutcheon, in a charming, comfortable and refurbished accommodation, 200 meters (3 minutes walk) from the Maison Carrée and the arenas!

Lively area: restaurants, bars and shops at the foot of the apartment which is fully equipped: microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and dryer.
The accommodation
The apartment is ideally located, in the heart of the escutcheon in a lively area. The Maison Carrée and the Arena of Nîmes are located 200 meters away (3 minutes walk), the Jardins de la Fontaine 10 minutes away.

Restaurants, bars, bakery, cafes and small shops await you at the foot of the apartment.

Enjoy the comfort of a refurbished apartment, fully equipped, having retained the charm of the old.

The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge freezer, oven, microwave) and has everything you need for a good breakfast: kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, toaster.

In the living room you will find a very comfortable high-end sofa bed (real mattress in 140 x 190 cm), a TV with Netflix and board games.

The large bedroom is located upstairs, the bed has top-of-the-range bedding in 160 x 200 cm.

An armchair installed in the bedroom can be transformed into a single bed 80 x 190 cm (with a real bed base and a real mattress)

An office space is also available in the bedroom upstairs.

A baby cot is also available in the apartment (travel cot). It will be up to you to install it but the instructions are in the apartment! It also offers a changing table that can be installed on the bed. We also provide you with a baby bath.
Travellers' access
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre, in a pretty pedestrian street, in a quiet area, very close to the hustle and bustle of the Arena and the Maison Carrée.PGJyPg
A paid and guarded parking lot (Arènes or Maison Carrée) is only a 5-minute walk away.
For street parking, Good news: they are free on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, public holidays, as well as on weekdays between 12 noon and 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9 am.
Payment is easily made at the parking meter or via the PayByPhone application.

On foot, everything is within reach: the Arenas in 2 minutes, the Maison Carrée in 3, the Musée de la Romanité in 5, and the train station only 800 meters away.
Here, everything can be discovered on foot, strolling through the sunny streets of the Roman city.

The apartment is designed to make you feel at home:
Wi-Fi connection, Netflix and Molotov access, desk for teleworking, fully equipped kitchen, linen provided, as well as shower gel, coffee and tea available.
A washing machine, a drying rack and an iron are also available for longer stays.

From the station, discover the region: Montpellier, the Pont du Gard or even the sea are accessible by train, for only 1 euro per trip.

And to travel light, a luggage storage room is nearby, at a rate of €5 per person for the day.
