'Room was decent. Many things were stained, like the pillows/pillowcases, lamp, and curtains. It smelled a little funky. Hot tub was lukewarm even after turning the jets on. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Breakfast coffee was bad (all three roasts) but the coffee in the room was good.'

'I love hot e round building. I have seen this hotel several times on my trips between Eagle River and Stevens Point. I have admired the round shape of the hotel and thought it would be fun to stay there. Well I got my chance when my husband had surgery. Very convenient place to stay. Across from grocery store and close to drug store. This hotel is off the highway, however, I was not disturbed by traffic at all. Very quiet. Great parking. I will stay here again.'

Pool and hot tub were very good and breakfast was okay despite no milk and out-of-date milk creamers for coffee and tea? Rooms were okay albeit a little bit outdated especially the bathrooms but it served its purpose for be my visit to Wausau'

'The pool was closed all weekend, leaving guests without access. Breakfast was quite limited, offering only oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and some fruit, much of which was already gone. The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick. The gym door had no handle, making access difficult. Many utilities were in poor condition, and the hotel’s numerous potted...

'We were checked in to a different type of room than what we booked so we ended up not having all of the amenities expected which was disappointing, but they charged us accordingly which was fair. The room was clean and well-maintained and beds were comfortable. The view from our room was HVAC equipment which wasn't great and access to the pool was inconvenient. Honestly, I expected more from our stay at Jefferson Street Inn, but at the end of the day it is a great location conveniently located...
