De esthetiek en warme gevoel van de ruimte zijn zorgvuldig en zorgvuldig geweest met u behandeld in gedachten door een professionele interieurontwerper. U wordt getrakteerd op een gratis fles wijn als een herinnering aan de nabijgelegen wijngaarden bezoeken voor een avondje uit voor een wijnproeverij. De woning bevat ook WIFI, dus neem je favoriete gadget.

Attracties en activiteiten in overvloed in elke richting, van Hearst Castle helemaal naar beneden naar Solvang, dat is een uur in beide richtingen, met tal van wijnproeverijen en de stranden in tussen. U zult gemakkelijk toegang hebben tot High Way 101 en zal zijn op loopafstand van de beroemde Jocko's Restaurant, waar u kunt genieten van de grootste meest smaakvolle filet mingon en steaks tegen ongelooflijk lage prijzen. Aankomst in Pismo Beach in slechts 10 minuten, 15 minuten naar Avila Beach, 20 minuten naar SLO, 4 minuten naar Golf Course Black Lake, 8 minuten naar Cypress Ridge Golf Course, of 5 minuten naar Santa Maria.

Spacious House in Quiet Neighborhood

We booked this location for our daughter's graduation weekend at Cal Poly SLO. 25 minutes from campus was fine considering the amount of we saved. The house was more than comfortable for 6 of us and plenty of room to relax. We had a couple of questions and Sam was quick to respond. We did not have to cook since we were on the go and hanging out in SLO most of the time, but the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils and the necessary gadgets to whip up a meal.There is a large 2 car garage to keep your car safe. It is close to restaurants, gas stations, super market and very close to the 101 freeway.I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, quiet, well furnished

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of dishes for our use, and the use of the garage to park or motorcycles was very convenient and have us extra piece of mind. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Visiting Cal Poly and UCSB

We stayed at this property while visiting both UCSB and Cal Poly over Spring Break with our high school junior. There was plenty of space for all of us. The location is about 25 minutes from Cal Poly. Close enough to make getting there easy but far enough that the price to stay was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again. Note: some of the reviews complain about the lack of a working air conditioner but the listing clearly states there is no central air conditioning. For the majority of the year, it wouldn’t be required. There are planet of fans in all the rooms and screens on all the windows.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this comfortable place. But the best part was our host, who was available to help us when we mistakenly locked ourselves out! His response was immediate, friendly and solution oriented. Thank you so much! One thing: be sure to bring your own soap for the bath!

We have family in Santa Maria and Pismo Beach so this is a perfect spot for us. 4th time staying here. Easy access to freeway, and an easy walk to restuarants (like Jackos). Quiet neighborhood.. and room for two cars in garage is nice.

Beautiful Home

I took myself and my 3 kids. It was for my daughter’s birthday. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was all updated. My chief complaint was that there wasn’t any air conditioning and when trying to just put the fan to blow to circulate air it blew warm only. Other than that I will say that for the price it was well worth every penny. The “check out” instructions listed that the owner wanted all linens stripped and taken down stairs and a few other tasks which I absolutely think is a great idea but I would suggest adding an extra 30 minutes to a hour for such requests allowing the guests to complete. On the plus side the owners did provide guests with many extras that most wouldn’t. For example I packed everything but forgot body wash! There were the little packets of bar soap which saved me BIG TIME so thank you!! I wish the house was closer to the beach but would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!

Albeit very frustrating, I did not blame the owner for having a cold shower on my first morning there. He mentioned they had recently had the water heater replaced and a plumber did come out promptly. However, in the same communication, I expressed that the air-conditioning did not seem to work. Never got a response on that and the unit remained about 77° upstairs for our entire stay. Entirely too warm! Messaged the owner twice about the air conditioning unit and never got a response. I did notice in the Guest book that another visitor had mentioned the air-conditioning unit not working, and that was an entry from two years prior! And finally, the ad mentioned a nice patio. The patio has not been kept up and there was nowhere to comfortably sit outside to visit with my family.

Happy Holiday

My grandsons approved of the space as soon as they went in the door. Everything was easy to access and the host’s explanations were easy to follow and spot-on. The only downside was something that was completely out of the host’s control. We had cold showers because the water heater failed. When I messaged the host, he called a plumber and he came asap to correct the problem. I would stay here again in the future! It was close to all the adventures we had planned - ATVs, hikes, and body boarding. We definitely had a Happy Holiday!

This property was easy to find and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Property looked just like the pictures. The property was very clean and spacious. 2024 Spring vacation

The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again.

We have stayed here while visiting family for xmas the last 3 yrs. Great location with easy access to HI 101. Bedrooms , kitchen and living area all clean and spacious. We hope to return again in the future.
