'We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly hotel clerk. Check in was quick and efficient. As my husband and I are both seniors, being given the option of a 1st floor room was a plus. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at the Cod Cove Inn again should we ever have an occasion to be in the area again in the future.'

'We had a good Christmas there, it was very clean and comfortable. The problem we encountered is the bathroom that had a bath tub, the spout in the tub part just didn’t have any water pressure to it and didn’t work at all after a short while. Also the water pressure in the whole house was in poor condition and the hot water didn’t work at all. Other than that all the rest was a comfortable stay.'

'This place was awesome, romantic, clean and beautifully appointed! We stayed 10/25/25. We would definitely glamp there again. The site is along-side a cleared field and in a very peaceful farm country setting but set privately in the woods. Not far from Freeport and Bath, but away from everything. The hosts provided every amenity of you can think of! Electricity & water, games, screen house, sinks, grills, cooking utensils, coffee & cups, mini-fridge, wine opener & glasses, the list goes...

'The basic stuff was great. Check in was easy. Great area. We picked this cottage as it was close to several things we wanted to do. It is right across the street from the Railroad Museum which is awesome. Bring everything you think you might need. A few simple things would make this place a five.
