'Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!'

'The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course.'

'Overall, the property was good value for the price. It was clean and maintained. The breakfast had lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms...

'Stayed 4 days 3 nights, was great. Breakfast was great for complimentary. Room was clean; water temp, and pressure was great; everything worked… and most importantly… the pool was clean!!! and this was during a busy weekend apparently, as they were fully booked.'
