'Resorts World exceeded my expecations. It is a beautiful property with stunning water and marina views. The room was large, well appointed with a huge balcony. The resort has a great deal of art which is well placed and pleasing. The linens and mattress were excellent and you'll get a great night's sleep. The staff seem so proud of their island and I experienced some exemplary customer service especially from (names I can remember): Mariah, Alfred the bartender, Biggs, Will at the beach...

'We always stay at the Big Game, central, near to the amazing beaches, great scuba diving on the premises, great local food and music. Last but not least friendly and professional staffs.'

'The communication was awesome. Had a few hickups, but got everything taken care of asap. The water pressure was bad for the most part. Had a hard time washing my hair. One was the whole island had no water but that is not anyone's fault. Had electrical issues that never got looked at. 2 outlets went out so I had to plug fridge & coffee maker in another outlet & had to share the microwave & coffee maker after having to sit them in the floor. Maintenance on the island is slow & I made do. Overall...
