'We’ve stayed two nights and asked the Front Desk for a ‘No Disturbing’ tag. We’re still waiting.. room was outdated, beds small and the incheck lady was not very friendly. We’ve stayed in Hilton Sacramento and that was a 10 experience, this one in San Francisco is a 1* facility. You’ve to pay $6,- for a coffee in the morning, not a outstanding breakfast included like Hilton Sacramento. Never again Parc 55 for us!'

'Great stay, for some odd reason the AC and the room phone didn’t work, oddly after my stay I was charged 213 dollars for something, tried to reach out to the front desk and my phone kept ringing continuously, great hotel but be careful with them.'

'This was a business trip layover. I have stayed here before and decide must give kudos to the amazing staff. Front desk, Julia at the bar… everyone was amazing. Internet was perfect, food and drinks accessible and I even was granted a late check out. It all felt easy. I was able to conduct my business within a space of calm. Love it here! Perfect for staycations as well.'
